The hotel is not bad. Justifies its five stars. But it is intended not so much for vacationers as for business trips. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners according to the All Inclusive scheme are very typical. The variety of dishes is decent.
The beach is 10-12 minutes by bus.

I put 5 stars for the location.If you did not come to the beach, but to travel, then a big plus is that not far from the metro and all the infrastructure is nearby.There are problems with the transfer to the beach, the bus is small and if it did not sit down, then you can get yourself by metro through the Marina embankment.The food is delicious, varied. There are small problems with the service, until you say they won't do it).There are 3-4 metro stations to Burj Khalifa.

The hotel is five, but already tired. In general, everything was fine, but first of all the hotel is for business trips (10-15 minutes by car to the beach). Towels, umbrellas and mats are provided free of charge for the beach. There is a free shuttle to the beach, there may not be enough seats for it in the season, the taxi application saves.

We got to this hotel by accident, as the tour operator refused to cooperate with the hotel we chose a week before departure..In general, a good hotel, timely room cleaning, normal food, but:
If you arrive earlier than the scheduled check-in time (and this is 15:00), then they offer to pay extra and purchase an improved room, well, or sit and wait for your own.
1. There are practically no Russian-speaking employees, and it is also not always possible to explain yourself in English, some employees do not understand everything in it either.
2. in Ramadan, there is a problem with food in the main restaurant, they were allowed only from 20 to 21 (despite the fact that dinner is from 18:) a few minutes before 21 they even come up and remind you that you have to leave in a couple of minutes), because before that time strangers come to iftar who just they pay to eat there, and they are given preference over tourists living in a hotel. As an alternative, they offer free dinner in an Italian restaurant, but there is absolutely the same menu from day to day, in which you can choose only 2 dishes.
When you get to the main buffet restaurant from 20 to 21, most of the food may no longer be there, you are content with what is left. Breakfasts are monotonous from day to day.
3. Returning to the problem with communication with the staff, when going to the beach, they took 2 towels, refused the bag, but the employee forgot to delete the bag from the form, accordingly forgot to inform the employee who worked the second shift about it (when we brought back these towels) and a bag was demanded from us for a few more days, which of course we didn't take it.
4. Absolutely tasteless hookah :)
5. 90% of the sun beds by the pool are in the shade, so if you choose a pool as an alternative to the bay with the hope of getting a good tan, you will have to pull out in the sun.
6. The constant smell of dampness and mustiness from carpets on the floors

Friendly staff. I took a room with breakfast. Very tasty and hearty breakfasts for all tastes. I liked the yogurt with the addition of different nuts and pieces of fruit. Delicious croissants with almonds.
About the rooms themselves: clean, there is everything you need, I was given three bottles of water every day. The compliment was tea and coffee. Iron, hair dryer, everything as stated. The rooms have a prayer mat and a Koran in English.
All problems that arise are solved quickly. You just need to contact the reception. At first they were put in one room, but, unfortunately, there were problems with hot water. At the first request, they were moved to another one, at the reception they explained that it was not the season in July and not all floors were functioning, hence the problem. I think everything is fine in the tourist season. Well, as it should be, the hotel has a swimming pool. After it, you can also look into the sauna.
Most importantly, the hotel is located close to the business center, which solves the problem of moving around the city. 41 degrees of heat in July is a test)))
