We decided to go on vacation suddenly, booked plane and hotel tickets on our own the day before departure. There were 5 of us, 3 children and 2 adults. We booked 2 rooms. Geographically, the hotel is divided into 2 parts. We lived in the far part, it is separated from the main building, we need to cross a small road. But it's pretty quiet there, there are no sounds from cafes on the embankment, etc. I must say right away, I'm not usually picky about hotels, so I didn't expect any miracles from a 3* hotel. The mattresses and pillows are great. There is cold and hot water. There is air conditioning in the room. Yes, the air conditioner was broken, and the electronic lock in the room was broken, but everything was fixed very quickly. The staff is friendly. The food was taken for breakfast/dinner, quite tasty. Delicious coffee and juices for breakfast. There are no free drinks for dinner, well, this is not the only system here, there were hotels where it was the same. There is Wi-fi, and the signal is good. We were accommodated in neighboring rooms, because there was no large room for such a large number of people on our dates. Economy rooms. But there was nothing downright terrible. Clean, nice white furniture in the room. The sea is close. All kinds of beautiful fruit and ornamental trees in the courtyard. There are pools, you can say 4 pcs.: Near the main building there is a large 130/230 cm deep swimming pool and a 50 cm children's pool. Near the second building, the main building is 140 cm deep and the children's building is 40 cm deep. There were usually enough sun beds for everyone. Alex (a Russian-speaking hotel employee) is quite friendly. In terms of price-quality ratio, it is an excellent option for those who just want an inexpensive hotel near the sea. Yes, it has no all-inclusive and no water slides. But quiet and inexpensive. It's just that you have to turn a blind eye to some things, something may break at the wrong time, somewhere the plumbing is not new (but in the main building there is even a children's toilet in the bathroom next to the restaurant. And it was very nice to take care of the comfort of the little guests in small things). In general, there is something to find fault with if you would like to find fault - but thanks to the care of the staff, everything is solved, so I put a well-deserved 5*. If you are used to the all-inclusive system and five-star hotels, you probably won't like it, it's a simpler hotel. Who is not picky - do not be afraid of bad reviews, everything is fine here, you can safely come, I personally will be ready to come here for the second time.

The combination of price and quality is super! Great location, 100 meters from the sea. Very competent room layout. Attentive and unobtrusive staff, daily cleaning and towel change. The food is not very varied, but very tasty. We will definitely come back here again.

Hotel Review I recently stayed at this hotel and I want to share my impressions. The first impression was very positive — the location of the hotel is excellent, it is literally a hundred meters from the sea, which allows you to quickly get to the beach. The embankment also deserves special attention for its beauty and comfort. The rooms were clean and tidy, and I was pleasantly surprised by the presence of a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea. The interior is made in a pleasant style, you feel comfortable and relaxed. However, it is worth noting one significant disadvantage — nutrition. The breakfasts and dinners were not varied enough, I would like to see more dishes and cooking options. This slightly spoiled the overall impression of the holiday. To sum up, the hotel is quite suitable for those who value the comfort of rooms and proximity to the sea, but those who like a variety of food should take this nuance into account. Rating: ★★★★☆

The hotel is simple, but this is its advantage. From the first line across the boardwalk from Chalysh beach. The place is quiet, you can't hear loud music. There is a Migros nearby. There is live music in the bar at the nearby hotel in the evening. The hotel has an excellent layout, all balconies have sea views. 3 floors are residential, there are about 40 rooms in total. We were at the end of September, vacationing mostly German pensioners. There are not many staff, after a day already, as relatives, very friendly, try to help. There is a Russian-speaking employee Alex at the reception. The rooms are simple, in need of repair, but, mattresses, pillows, excellent, clean, bed linen is not killed. There is a refrigerator, there is a TV. The Internet is good. Food. Breakfast and dinner. Breakfast hard boiled eggs, sausages, fried potatoes, Turkish sausage, yogurt, olives, tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese and sponge cake, tea and coffee. There was not enough porridge and fried eggs, once they fried an omelet. But in principle it was enough, we got used to it. Dinner is fine here. Two types of hot, such as meatballs and chicken, or meat and chicken, two side dishes, delicious rice and the ubiquitous French fries. Cream soup. Two or three salads with yogurt, a couple without dressing, chopped vegetables. Watermelon, two kinds of biscuits and pudding. Not an abundance, but quite. And most importantly, everything is of good quality, we ate with pleasure. There is no tea for dinner, but the waiters bring it from the cafe for money. Conclusion. The hotel causes mixed impressions (there is no renovation) but something attracts. Not chic, unpretentious, but also inexpensive. The atmosphere is very pleasant and calm. I probably still recommend it with the caveats that the rooms are damaged. But otherwise, I'll probably come back here again.

The breakfasts are terrible, the same every day: boiled egg, inedible sausage, olives, cheese, tomato, sliced cucumber. Coffee and tea are not delicious. Simit and bread are only delicious. We are resting at the hotel. July-August 2023. Room 326. For your money - ideally a minute to the sea, even from distant buildings across the street. For 3 stars, everything is very comfortable. The breakfast is standard. The mattresses are comfortable. Mosquito nets on all windows👆The rooms are pleasant. The furniture is old. The cleaning is excellent - you come in from the sea at lunch, everything is clean already. Not all the top five with cleaning are so clear👍 the Internet is great everywhere!!!! you need to understand where and for how much (at new prices) You're on your way. And don't wait for more than what you paid for😉

The hotel is not bad, but requires renovation. The breakfasts and dinners are good. I liked it. Very strong audibility, even through the floors, the elevator was constantly breaking down, the rumble of the elevator was heard all night, as if metal creaking on metal. Dishes and cups with chipped edges would need to be updated. The coffee machine has tasteless bitter coffee, the water in the machine is worse than Yuppie, I did not drink at all, I would like to take into account the comments. I'm not picky. The hotel is located next to the sea. You can see the beach, the sea, and the embankment from the room from the balcony. The sea is gorgeous, it is calm only in the morning, and the rest of the time it is stormy, it is good to ride the waves. The beach is dirty, they clean more or less where there are paid sun beds. There are a lot of dogs running around, mostly all with chips in their ears. A quiet resort for the picky and those who do not like to stay in a hotel.

I liked the hotel. The rooms are not large, but it is quite enough to spend the night. The breakfast is modest, without any frills (boiled eggs, vegetables, olives, cheeses, French fries, sausage. Drinks include tea and coffee. The staff is polite, there is a Russian-speaking guy who helped to rent a car and also helped to solve many issues. The hotel is located on the main embankment, but as if around a bend. That's why it's not noisy there.

This is the second time I come to this hotel with a break of 5 years. Both times they move into the second, quiet building. It takes 2 minutes to walk to the sea. The numbers are a little tired, but now it's the end of the season, that's understandable. Advice to the hotel: make a dryer on the balcony so that ropes do not hang on all balconies, and add hangers to the closet.It would be nice to put a cooler with water.Everything in the room is working.
