But it turned out that they had not calculated the food and half of the passengers did not have enough, it was not pleasant. I read a lot of reviews before the flight. Very unflattering. Tuned in. I was ready for the trials. But... Everything went very well. We flew to Thailand. They put everyone next to the three of them with his wife and child. Moreover, family pre-seats are left to plant together. There is enough space to the chair in front so that it is not uncomfortable. Perhaps people with a height under 2 m will have problems, but it seems to me that they have it a lot of places. The flight went fine. Fed 2 times.

This is the worst and most unpredictable airline.It started with the fact that the earlier departure time indicated on the ticket from Prague and back from Tashkent was changed ... Surprises,, did not end there ... on 08/29.24, flight HH405 to Prague turned out to be through Nukus without warning employees!!!!supposedly for refueling .Why????Which shortened the flight time from 7 hours to 8.5!!!Which caused excitement for the greeters and an extra 1.5 hours of torment for the screaming children, and therefore all the other passengers. In addition, 3 flights of this non-airline company from Samarkand were canceled in August, it's good that they are not ours.The luggage is only 20 kg and this is also a minus.I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND A CANOE SHARK FOR FLIGHTS!!!And I recommend that the airline's management improve the quality of work in general: do not cancel flights, do not postpone time and increase the weight of luggage.The only plus , without complaints, is the on-board service and food .

Я ждал рейса из Ташкента в Фергану 4 часа в айрапарту. Я не знаю причину но “qanot sharq” продолжала продавать билеты! Может быть это искусственный путь заполнить самолёт? Но я был вынужден перенести свои дела, большее не буду пользоваться данной авиа компанией и Вам не советую.

Билет на руках не пустили 15человек Москва Внуково-Ташкент 04.11.2021рейс 20:30 время. Ходят 5 человек говорят что они представители авиакомпании и по наглому говорят что они решают кого пустить кого нет.И других пассажиров набирают за больше денег и некоторые остались без вылета .Ещё посылают ...Мы поругались и летели Ташкент и не получили багаж говорят что в Москве остались наш багаж ..Как так я аопше не понимаю ..У нас есть бирка от багажа .Пока разговариваем но ещё багаж не получили.
