There are business lunches with hookah for 200 dirhams from 12 to 15 o'clock, excellent views of Dubai and delicious desserts. Tobacco is different, there are plenty to choose from. I recommend

Hookah prices are the same as in Moscow, there are different options in an interesting design. I advise everyone to sit on the terrace, there is a great view of the Burj Khalifa and the fountain.
