I am very disappointed with the service of this cleaning company. There was an unpleasant smell in my apartment, and I noticed a suspicious object in the kitchen battery that looked like a mouse. I made a request for cleaning. Olga wrote to me and announced the cost of 100 rubles for cleaning the battery and 20 rubles for rat poison. I agreed, although the price tag for cleaning ONLY the battery, not the entire kitchen, is very high in my opinion. I transferred the money directly to the card. 10 minutes before the cleaning staff arrived, I discovered that the smell was coming from a bag of potatoes and decided that cleaning was no longer necessary. I called Olga, explained the situation, and asked for a refund, or at least part of it, for the unproven service. To which I received a reply that the money would not be refunded. After that, I called again, and Olga agreed to return only half of the amount, explaining this with "gasoline" for the cleaners - 60 rubles. That is, for leaving, for an empty trip, they charged me that much money, despite the fact that there was actually no service. There is no desire to meet halfway, to resolve the issue in a human way, since when has gasoline cost 60 rubles from point A to point B in Minsk? Or were the cleaners traveling from Borisov? I did not ask for a refund of all the money, I agreed to pay for gasoline and cleaning time, well, not 60 rubles, excuse me. For me, this is unacceptable and very unpleasant when they try to take money from a client literally "for the air." We could have become your potential customers, but we were just tricked! I am absolutely not satisfied with this service and I do not recommend it to anyone - the attitude is irresponsible and dishonest.
