I have always liked Pregomesh for their beautiful jewelry and the brand image they present, which is why a ring from their store was chosen as a gift for me. Unfortunately, my experience with their customer service was disappointing. The ring I received on New Year’s Eve was not my size, and because of that I have never been able to wear it. When I contacted the store to ask about resizing options, I was informed that they do not offer any resizing service at all — neither increasing nor decreasing the size — and that nothing could be done. While I understand that stores have policies, it was frustrating to learn that there is absolutely no flexibility or technical solution offered for a ring that has never even been worn. When buying from a brand, I expect not only a quality product but also customer support that helps ensure the piece can actually be worn and enjoyed. The jewelry is beautiful, but the after-purchase service did not meet the expectations I had from a brand like Pregomesh.

Terrible jewelry quality! Just a disappointment. I only wore it twice, and everything turned black, lost its color and shine. Now it looks like it's cheap jewelry from the market for pennies, even though I paid for it as for a quality product! It does not match the stated description at all, and even more so its price. It feels like it's just painted metal, not something more worthy. the coating came off instantly, as if it had never existed at all.

I'm just shocked by the quality. What do people pay so much money for, just for the brand. You can do it efficiently and accurately . I'm not talking about ear plugs at all , it 's terrible .
