I really liked the museum, yes, it's small, but it's very cute, and there are quite interesting specimens in its exposition that I haven't seen in other museums. There are halls with demonstrations of the peaceful life of Polesie, and there is a hall dedicated to the horrors of war, the Nazi occupation and genocide, a rather sad stand and a vivid contrast with the lovely interiors and occupations of the civilian population.

Just 5 rubles (cash) and you are in the oldest museum in Belarus, which turned 100 years old in 2024. The collection is interesting: paintings, including Shishkin and Aivazovsky, wonderful stuffed animals, folk costumes, crafts. And what a wooden bike there is! In fact, there are many exhibits, and there are some very interesting ones. And the building itself, with its high ceilings, echoing corridors, and creaking floorboards, adds to the entourage!
