It is a very interesting museum, especially considering that it is not even located in the regional city. Quite voluminous expositions, I really liked the small exhibitions of contemporary artists. In the painting hall there are works by Shishkin and Aivazovsky, many landscapes, there is a hall with stuffed animals. The museum itself is located on the riverbank, next to the River Station and pedestrian street.

An excellent museum, many exhibits, paintings, antique utensils, souvenirs. There is a parking lot nearby, but it may be occupied. There is a terminal at the checkout .The staff is polite and helpful. The guide is very cool, young and very erudite! The tour is fun and interesting, it does not load dates, it hammers everything on the case. Clever girl!

We were on an excursion of the ship "Belaya Rus". The museum is of a very high level, there are many very interesting rarities from various periods of the centuries-old history of the Belarusian people. The dilapidated exposition of the Soviet times. Noteworthy are: an exposition of ancient life with original furniture and dishes, an exposition of Russian paintings of the last century and the century before last (if only they had done normal lighting, without glare on the canvases), photographs of old Pinsk on a poster stand (in the corner of the corridor without light and normal access). The rest is about nothing. It doesn't catch on. The excursion through the basements is just creepy. Two rooms with pipes and cables. Nothing original - an analogue of the basement of an ordinary Khrushchev. Even the dirt on the walls was not removed. It's a shame to take money from tourists for this. Go to the 5th fort of the Brest Fortress and feel the difference. Disappointed.

A great museum right in the city center. There are many halls with different exhibits:paintings, household items and stuffed animals. The ticket price for an adult is 4 rubles, but there is something to see and you can definitely wander for an hour :)

In the museum you can see objects related to the history of Pinsk and Belarus, for example, various interior items, textbooks from the beginning of the XX century and, of course, a bicycle made of wood.
The building of the Jesuit collegium itself is a plus to the exposition, it is pleasant to be in it, you can feel the history (and in summer, in the heat, it is also pleasantly cool). An interesting story by the guide.
You can improve the condition of the interior decoration, it looks a little tired, as if from Soviet times.
I recommend you to visit to immerse yourself in the history of Polesie.

The museum is located in a 17th-century building - the former Jesuit collegium. It is one of the oldest museums in Belarus. It was opened on July 1, 1926. I would like to express my gratitude to the museum staff, to everyone who created wonderful exhibitions, collected materials about various periods of the Belarusian Polesie. Paintings by famous artists, including the originals of Aivazovsky, Makovsky, Pan and others, are also widely presented here. I recommend you to visit - it is interesting and informative. p.s. Two remarks: 1. In the hall "Nature of Polesie", it is very difficult to read the explanatory information on the signs - the text actually merges with the background; 2. It is surprising that in a public institution it is impossible to pay for the service with a bank card - only cash is accepted.

An ordinary small-town museum. Not too big. Everything is a bit messy. Everything is very politicized. The guide talked for a very long time about the Second World War, focusing on the atrocities of the fascists, but for some reason she did not mention the Stalinist repressions, dekulakization and the restoration of Kalinovsky in 1863. I pretended like it never happened. In general, the history of the region was selectively covered.

The museum is definitely great. There are originals of Aivazovsky and Shishkin (if you are interested in painting). Departments: everyday life, history, nature in different periods of time (household items, weapons of wars, excavations). There is something to see. The main thing is to hire an enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide, so that she does not chatter according to the methodology and for an additional one. I could answer the questions. The price is 4 rubles per person. 15 rubles for the guide. October 2023.

Всем сердцем люблю этот музей с удивительной многовековой историей и некоторыми уникальными экспонатами!
Но очень хочется какого-то разнообразия, кроме экспозиций которые уже есть и существует десятилетиями....
Огромное количество не менее интересных экспонатов находятся в запасниках. Сколько они там будут лежать? Может пора их показать на какой-нибудь тематический выставке вместо каких-то очередных незамысловатых шоу для детей и выставок с динозаврами?
Ставлю два, для роста

Расположен в здании Иезуитского коллегиума постройки ХУ11 века, сохранились сводчатые коридоры, что очень атмосферно. Экспозиция богатая и отражает историю Белорусского Полесья и города Пинска. Есть картинная галерея, что является исключением для музея такого уровня. Экскурсовод эрудированный, материал излагает доступно и интересно.
Рекомендую посетить, будучи в Пинске.

Good afternoon, so to speak…
I got a male guide with glasses and bangs (for some reason there was no badge, which is very strange, how to contact him and ask something?), he kept saying that, nowadays, we are young, we sit on Instagram, tiktok, VKontakte, and before ... thank God that I didn't live at that time "before". All the time there are some sexist, mercantile and anti-feminist statements about girls (us), it's already disgusting. We were constantly running: we did not have time to finish viewing the nature of Pinshchyna, as we were already running to another viewing of paintings. He also praised the fact that everything was "cool" reconstructed for them, and the fact that it was cold indoors, we walked around in jackets, cracks on the walls and ceilings diverge, floors creak - sorry, we didn't mention this. There is nothing surprising in the tour, the cost is four rubles – God, I wouldn't pay a ruble. Like almost the whole of Pinsk, there is a scoop here. And I agree with many that it is sad and sad here, it smells damp everywhere. So far there are two stars, I would put one, but the artistic part of the tour is beautiful, and there is something to see. I do not recommend it.

Рекомендую обязательно сходить при посещении Пинска: много интересного, есть уникальные экспонаты (трактор «капитан», деревянный велосипед, каменный саркофаг и др.), недорогие билеты и красивые магнитики. Просто и душевно!

Интересный музей, большая площадь, интересные экспонаты. Само здание историческое 16 века. Есть и художественная галерея и зал флоры и фауны. В общем, посетить однозначно стоит.

Интересно, но воздух застоявшийся и не свежий - из некоторых залов так и хочется уйти побыстрее. Некоторые работники смотрят на вас так, словно вы враги народа. Можно легко потеряться, и выставки распределены неравномерно

В этом музее нужно обязательно побывать и брать экскурсию, сами не поймёте и не будет так интересно. Экскурсовод очень круто рассказывает. Цены символически за вход и за сувениры.

Достоин посещения. Разнообразная и интересная экспозиция. Находится в старинном здании иезуитского коллегиума. Жаль нет экскурсий по самому зданию.

В Пинске была первый раз, надо было скоротать время, проходя мимо увидела очень красивое здание, оказался музей, за символическую цену в 4 рубля можно посетить все экспозиции. В целом всего по немногу, очень понравился зал природы, все экспонаты в хорошем состоянии, не все музеи этим могут похвастаться. Очень понравился зал городского стиля, жаль в огромном старинном зеркале нельзя сфоткаться)) в общем, однозначно рекомендую к посещению. Цена символическая, а хорошее впечатление гарантировано. За 30-40 минут можно все пройти.

Цікавая, але крыху дэфармаваная выстава - перыяду пры СССР выдаткавана столькі ж плошчы, што і астатнім перыядам. Пра новую гісторыю - увогуле нічога не убачыў, але можа кепска шукаў?

В музее оригинал Айвозовского (впечатляющий), хорошая композиция из мумий животного мира, истории фармацевтов края, а также народного быта полешуков. Очень впечатлил деревянный велосипед!:)
Музей в очень красивом здании и удобном для туристов месте.
Однозначно стоит посещения.
Из минусов - скудный выбор сувениров на кассе, деньги зарабатывать мы пока не научились.
