A wonderful budget 3*hotel! We had a great rest together with my daughter in August 2025! The room is clean, odorless, and insect-free. The bed linen is snow-white. The food was delicious, and there wasn't much meat, but we weren't hungry, we had enough. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bar is open from 11.00 to 23.00. Beer and wine are delicious, soda, no strong drinks, but we don't drink that either) The hotel was quiet, there were almost no small children. Damlatash Cleopatra Beach and Alanya Seaport are a 10-minute walk from the hotel. There is an infrastructure around, there are many places to walk. We rode the cable car to the Alanya Fortress and bought a tour on an evening yacht with swimming in the sea and a foam disco, I recommend it, I really liked it! Overall, it's very budget-friendly, eventful and fun, and we're happy with our stay!

A wonderful hotel! The male staff speaks different languages, including Russian. I had no contact with women. They are very friendly. Excellent location, not far from the sea, there is a place to walk, many shops, pharmacies with Russian-speaking staff, exchangers. The food at the hotel is very tasty and varied. There was chicken, kebab, watermelon, melon, cheeses, sausage (soy), salads, desserts. Drinks include tea, coffee, beer, wine, and soda. The pool is small and clean. The rooms are modest but clean. We cleaned every day throughout the rest. Towels were folded in a bow tie for the tips left) There were a lot of Germans and Poles in the hotel, as well as in the entire resort, and they didn't cause any discomfort. I really liked everything!

We had a couple vacation from October 8 to October 15, 2025. A modest hotel in the center of Alanya. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is very modest, but all the powered apartments that we went to earlier were at the same price or more expensive, so we chose Diamore. Alcohol - local wine and beer without restrictions from 11 to 23. The room was given on the third floor with a view of the mountain and the Kyzyl Kule tower and the main road, it may be noisy for some, it doesn't matter to us. 900 meters from the sea, we went to the first Cleopatra beach.

This urban hotel is located in the very center of Alanya, with a very convenient location. Everything you need is within walking distance, the sea, a cable car, a cave, a lighthouse, shops and restaurants! The territory is small, but there is everything, a swimming pool and a bar. The rooms are clean, yes, repairs are already needed. But you're going to the hotel to spend the night, so everything is fine with the rooms. The staff is amazing, polite and friendly, some of them know Russian. And those who don't know learn fast)) The price-quality ratio is super!

We have been to this hotel twice. In March and September. Of the advantages, this is a great location right in the center, everything is nearby, 10 minutes to the sea (Dalmatas beach). The hotel is a solid three, a little tired. Everything is as shown in the photo. Cleaning every day, linen and towels are changed, just rub the floor with a dry mop- clean garbage to collect, but every day. Only shampoos were given out once from the soap-brylny. There is no water, coffee, or tea in the room - everything is available downstairs during the day. You can hear music in rooms with pool views until 23:00. The air conditioner is free, it works normally, it was heated in March. One of the disadvantages of the rooms is the tubed plumbing, in March, instead of a shower, there was a fine spray type and there was no hot water in the morning, everything was fine in the summer. Wi-Fi is only available downstairs in the lobby and bar and when a lot of people are not catching well. The pool is nice, they don't give you towels. The food is mostly plant-based and it's not an all-inclusive type, but three meals a day without any late dinners and night soups, but in fact you won't stay hungry, but there is no abundance at all, it was just right for us - we didn't go hungry and didn't gain extra kg. Beer and wine and drinks from 11-00 are plentiful. The staff is polite and I would say that they work with their hearts! There are many Germans and Swedes among the guests. Another disadvantage is that the condees are only in the rooms, but there are none on the total area and it is very hot in summer. As a result, the hotel is price / quality, convenient location. I'll come back again.

Delicious (for three) food (chicken, beef, fish, nuggets - always something from meat), very convenient location (near the port, Cleopatra beaches, market, Waikiki), daily room cleaning, friendly staff. The rooms are not new, but they are still quite decent. Wi-Fi is available only at the reception and in the restaurant. We stayed in other threes, there is something to compare it with. I recommend this hotel.

We are staying at the hotel at the moment. The hotel is very clean and cozy. The rooms are clean, the cleaning is wet every day. The food is different every day. A normal city hotel in the center of Alanya. Positive: *location in the city center, you can walk to the port, the Red Tower, the funicular. Migros is not far away. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the beach at a relaxed pace; * normal diet, I've never been hungry (I don't eat meat, so I can't evaluate food from this point of view), and for side dishes - rice, potatoes, pasta, chickpeas, fresh and stewed vegetables, fruits- watermelon, apples, melon, pears; from sweets I ate only halva for breakfast. For those who care, there are no hot dishes for breakfast, hot food for lunch and dinner is served in portions, but if it is not enough, then you could always ask for more; *Friendly staff; * the room, of course, is without frills, but on the whole everything was fine; * the plumbing in our room was working properly; * Free Wi-Fi (caught on the ground floor) Minuses: *there was only a towel rack in the bathroom (not convenient); *there were no drying ropes on the balcony (they were drying on the balcony railing); *there is no air conditioning at the reception and in the restaurant (we were at the end of September - the heat subsided, it was comfortable. But in the summer, I think it's unbearable there). I would have gone back to the hotel again. The tours were bought on the street. (you can buy a yacht at the port itself, it will be cheaper). Dollars, euros, and rubles are exchanged for lira. We didn't get into the Red Tower itself, because the entrance can only be paid with a card. The let's fly app was buggy, I paid with it only a couple of times.

They were from 31.12.2025 to 05.01.2026. Only the staff at the restaurant and the location of the hotel make good impressions. The rooms are dirty, they have never been cleaned, even on request. Only the trash was removed from the bucket. One shampoo and one soap for two people. Alcoholic beverages include only wine and beer. The food is poor, and the concept has been changed for three out of six days. Instead of a buffet, breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in portions. Desserts that were not finished on the first day were given three more days. The salad of tomatoes and cucumbers is treasured. Of the fruits, one chopped tangerine and one orange were given for two. I do not recommend the hotel during the off-season.

A simple, decent hotel, polite, helpful staff, good food, and a bar with beer and wine. Of the cons, there are few meat dishes, a small selection of drinks in the bar. No Wi-Fi in the rooms. In our room, there was a faulty faucet in the shower, and the shower hose was leaking. The TV was a little old and didn't show well, but you can watch it. On-demand room cleaning, air conditioning and a balcony, but no dryers. A clean pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. The main advantage is the courteous staff. I recommend the hotel for a budget vacation. Very conveniently located.

Great hotel. We had a rest from 08/11/2025 to 08/19/2025. My wife and I didn't notice any of the complaints that were described in the reviews. The food is excellent, the staff is wonderful. We spent the last day talking at the bar with the manager, who is also a great guy. Guys, this is a 3-star hotel. Who's waiting here for more than "varied food" or "animation" - you didn't come here. You need to add a certain amount of money and look for a hotel to suit your needs. My wife and I were looking for something and got it. And even more. I recommend it to those who like not only to stay in a hotel, but also to walk around the city and explore it. The rooms will please you with meals. And look for entertainment in the city. They are there.

I gave two stars just for the fact that the rooms were cleaned every day and towels were changed. Otherwise, there are only solid disadvantages. The food was monotonous, the staff was on hand for the second courses, they wouldn't put more than one spoonful of pasta or rice, but take as many greens and vegetables as you want. The room was on the second floor and the windows overlook the courtyard, where music is playing in the bar until 23.00.The room was adjacent, and there were neighbors through the door who were talking very loudly at six in the morning.In short, if you want to stay awake at night, then you are here. We stayed at the hotel in October of this year (2024), just arrived, fresh impressions. In Alanya 3 times. The hotel exceeded expectations, a cool location in the heart of Alanya, Cleopatra is a 10-minute walk away, everything is clean, everything was right with the food and meat and chicken and fish, excellent red and white wine, not diluted with anything, also beer, I tried it once, also good. Surprisingly, they gave halva tahini for almost every breakfast and even baklava with pistachios, I usually bought it, they didn't give it in those hotels where I was, there were also treshki, Wasa and Ikiz 😁 The only thing is, the man who served the food was a little angry or something, he pushed the plate away, probably this is due to inflation or they treat us like this now, but this is an exception. Towels were changed and bed linen, toilet paper was of no use, shampoos were brought every day. We checked in right away, we were already at the hotel at 12. Vodka and Babaevsky chocolate were brought. I was once told in Egypt that instead of money to give a good room, it's better to bring Russian vodka. So that's what we did. We took 2 rooms, for us and the children, and we were settled next to each other, we found an opportunity. A decent hotel. I recommend. Everything is nearby, shops, cafes, restaurants, the Friday market is a 5-minute walk away. Alanium is 15 minutes away by bus and 40 minutes on foot. Ataturk Square is also nearby. We were satisfied.

Attention!!! Caution!! There are BEDBUGS in the rooms!!! Honestly, this is the first time I've encountered bedbugs in person, it's very scary and frightening.. For three nights, my young man was bitten by bedbugs. I'm not here. We initially assumed that it was probably an allergy to synthetic bedding. But .. On the third night, my boyfriend was sleeping with his clothes on and woke up to a terrible itch all over his body. They turned on the light and found a bug on the shirt!! We went to the reception at night. A young guy was sitting there and reacted very boldly, after consulting in Turkish, it was decided to simply change the mattresses and bed linen, even instead of changing the room. That night we went on an excursion to Cappadocia, and when we returned, we expected a clean room with disinfected beds. Perhaps I wouldn't even write a negative review if the situation had been corrected and attention and sympathy had been shown to the situation... but! We arrive-there is dirt in the room, mattresses with bedbugs are on the balcony, "clean and new" bed linen is barely thrown on, WITHOUT pillows, my hair is on the floor :) as they say, it feels like "no human has set foot in the room." A ruff was found inside the toilet, which was covered with a lid. And the most important thing is that the BEDBUGS have already come out on the new, NEWLY changed linen. There are even more of them, they are everywhere- they have nests there. I'm attaching a confirmation video. Please be careful. We provided the latest information at the reception about the condition of the room, but we were not deigned to bring pillows or replace the room - our comfort of staying at this hotel was ignored. I always choose a hotel very carefully, but I have not read anything negative in the reviews about this hotel, especially about the bed residents. If you decide to stay at this hotel, you also need to take into account that they can crawl over you, but not bite, and there will be no traces, as happened in my case, it's still not pleasant. About another thing about the hotel - major repairs are needed. Everything is very old, "seen life", dirty, I did not find any cleanliness. The fabrics of the bed linen leave much to be desired. Plumbing (toilet) yellowed and in really bad condition. The remote control from the air conditioner did not work well, but it is controlled up close. As for the food. If there are less than 15 people in the hotel, there is no buffet. This is a condition of the hotel. We had a buffet, food was served, and we always stayed full. I'm really picky about food, but it was all very tasty to me. The dishes are prepared simply and spices are in moderation for me personally. There wasn't much to choose from, but everything was delicious. One meat dish for lunch and dinner. Fruits are in short supply, one fruit for breakfast (banana), lunch (melon) and dinner (watermelon) is an example. Coffee from a cappuccino machine is our native 3 in 1. Only very diluted. Another very important nuance is STRONG audibility. We wanted to go to bed at 22:00, but the music from the pool was like from Alice's speaker right two meters away from us. In general, you definitely won't fall asleep here before 00:00. There are also rooms with a view of the road, if you want silence, then don't get your hopes up there either, it's just as noisy on the road. I would definitely never recommend this hotel to ANYONE, and I would advise the hotel owner to pay attention to this review and check the cleanliness of your rooms and carry out major repairs that are necessary. Yes, it's cheap, but that doesn't mean LIVING WITH BEDBUGS. Have a good rest, everyone. The main thing is not here..

I stayed at the hotel in October, the location is convenient, the beach number 1 can be reached in 10 minutes. The hotel is located on Ataturk Boulevard, not far from Waikiki and a pharmacy where Russian is spoken, who has been to Alanya knows. The staff is helpful and friendly. The room is small, there is a balcony, and I was very pleased that the wardrobe has a large mirror. The bathroom was renovated, the plumbing was working, the water was hot at any time, shampoos and soap were constantly reported. Cleaning and changing of towels were done in 3 days, bed linen was changed 2 times in 10 days. The bar had red and white wine and beer. There were tables for food on the street and in the dining room, hot dishes and side dishes were put on by the cook, snacks and salads were taken by themselves, dessert and fruits were given out. Kemal, a canteen worker, caused a very unpleasant aftertaste, he snatched plates out of his hands, was rude and shouted, everyone was silent. Twice I complained about him to the hotel manager, after that he was quiet and behaved adequately. The quality of the dishes leaves much to be desired, but mostly everything was edible, I had enough, there was just little variety. Grapes, apples, tangerines, pears and always melon were given from fruits, melons were full. The sun and the sea brightened up the shortcomings, the weather was excellent, the rest was a success, I visit Alanya often, there is something to compare hotels and staff with.

We had a rest from 1.07.-6.07.2025 Diamore – pleasantly surprised! We checked into a nice room at no extra charge. Everything is real: meals 3 times, and most importantly – drinks (white wine, red, beer, water, soda) for free from 11 to 23! The food is varied, but special, meat every day, lots of salads, fruits (watermelon, melon, etc.), the menu changes. It wasn't gourmet, but we weren't hungry. The location is perfect!The popular Cleopatra beach is 10-15 minutes away (it's better to stay closer to the rocks, there are more people hanging out there, but there have always been places. EVERYTHING is near the hotel: shops, a bazaar, currency exchanges, cafes, bike rentals, banks, boutiques, a Migros supermarket, Bim-by the way, prices there are generally normal, they even took something with them to Russia. There is a payment with Russian cards using a QR code at the bazaar. Of course, the exchange rate is not profitable in exchangers, we changed it from our guide and downloaded the Letim application and paid for everything with a qr code in lira at a favorable rate. Currency: lira, dollars, Euros. Berries are expensive at the market, in Russia they are 2 times cheaper. You can ride a bike around the whole city, next to the incredible beauty of the port with tourist pirate ships, a fortress, a tower, you've been there for free. The hotel's pool is clean, there are plenty of sun beds, one deep and small for toddlers. It's quiet in the evenings – there are no events, which is a plus for us, but the Russian music is different. Daily cleaning, room with TV and refrigerator, towels/shampoos,soap, air conditioning is weak, but we were not very hot. Please note: Wi-Fi is only available in the lobby and on the bar. 3 star hotel – the service is simple but honest. If you don't find fault, everything is great for your money! The rest is calm, satisfying, affordable and in a convenient location. I recommend it!

In general, a good city hotel.It takes 1.5-2 hours to get from the airport, but it's worth it.A wonderful place is Alanya with a gorgeous beach and nature, where there are practically no cloudy days!The hotel itself is small.The staff is courteous, helpful, always interested in how things are going, always try to help if problems arise.The dining room is always clean, no animals, no flies, no cockroaches.Dirty dishes are not on the tables, they are immediately cleaned by the staff.There is no animation, but the music always plays, until about 23.00.There is free Wi-Fi, it catches at the reception, in our 111 room it caught in the toilet)The food is normal, everything is always fresh, there are few sweet dishes, but there are a lot of fresh vegetables and herbs.Alcohol-white wine,red wine from bottles,cola,fanta,sprite also from bottles,draft beer, juppy juice,coffee,tea.Fruits: grapes, melons,watermelons,figs,melons regularly.Our room was cleaned daily, replenished 2 times with soap and shower gel.The location is very good, 15 min.to the sea at a calm pace.Along the way there is a pharmacy, Magdonalds,Migros (a local supermarket),a water park, an archaeology museum, a theater and a lot of shops.There is a funicular on the beach-climbing into the mountains, also the beach has a kind of aviary for cats, they are affectionate and tame in large numbers there.In the other direction from the hotel, there is also a 10-15-minute walk to the port with ships and a wonderful park.You won't be bored.Actually, we liked everything.Thanks to the staff for their hard work, nice people!

I liked the hotel itself. They understand and speak decent Russian. They gave me a number right away. Wi-Fi in the lobby and by the pool catches well, but the video takes a long time to download. The beach is 10-15 minutes away. It's hard to go to hell from the beach (from 11:00). For older people, the elderly and the magnificent, it will be hard in the morning. The pool is clean, open until 18:00, there is no backlight. The water has time to warm up in the morning. 👌 Everything about food is described below. It was delicious, there wasn't much choice, but there was enough of everything. They update the food throughout the entire meal, there was no such thing that they would come by 9:30 and there is nothing. The staff is responsive👍 We helped to get a thread with a needle😁 After the request, they gave us a lunch box, we packed the food for the airport ourselves.

The staff organized a small snack for us in the form of fruits, poured us beer and wine, although the bar was no longer open, in general, they did everything possible so that we would not remain hungry. They mostly speak English, but they understand the basic phrases in Russian. The hotel is clean, the rooms are good. They cook delicious, but the only thing is that there are few meat dishes, mostly a lot of vegetable salads, stewed vegetables, fruits for lunch and dinner. They also gave desserts, but they are quickly disassembled, and then they are not laid out additionally, if you come an hour after the start of dinner, most likely they will no longer remain. There is Internet at the reception and in the bar, it works well when there are few people, even well. Music plays during lunch and dinner. I have good impressions about the hotel and I think that if we ever come to Alanya again, we will stay there.

They settled on the 4th floor, with a view of the avenue and the fortress (as requested in the application). Location on the main street, 20 minutes walk to the beach. Meals are served three times a day, at a certain time (8-10, 12.30-14, 19-20.30). The bar (local beer, red and white wine) is open until 23 hours. Until the same time, you can take tea, coffee and juices (from the vending machine). The food is simple. The choice is small. Hot dishes are served in portions. The dishes are repeated. There was fish once a week, semi-finished chicken, stewed chicken, and some meat on the remaining days. There are few fruits. Everything was delicious for us! The bed linen and towels are not new. Plumbing at an average level is generally not bad. Sometimes there was no hot water. The hotel staff came and tried to help when contacting us. We decided that we need to turn on the water for 10 minutes, wait for it to run. Guests from different countries live in the hotel. There were many Russians, some of them drinking, singing and dancing by the pool to the Gentle May and similar compositions) Wi-fi is available only on the 1st floor. Overall, the impressions from the hotel are positive. Considering the low cost and the listed advantages, I recommend it. For the rest, I suggest you be prepared and not get upset)

The location is excellent, the very center, there are a lot of shops nearby, 10 minutes to the sea (sometimes annoying), there is somewhere to go, take a walk in the evening. The port is 10-15 minutes away, almost opposite the hotel there are bus stops in both directions, around ATMs, rental cars and scooters. The food is as simple as possible: soup, pasta / rice / potatoes change every other day, meat is a rare phenomenon, nuggets, cutlets of unknown origin, occasionally fish, beer / soda as in all 3, but the bar is up to 23-00! Thank you for at least having hot water! I stayed for 3 nights, during this time there was no cleaning, towels were also not changed, only 1 time the garbage was taken out. But the biggest problem of this hotel is the food. There are no meat and fish dishes at all, not even an ordinary chicken! I had to eat too much rice, pasta, and vegetables. There are no sweets either, only some kind of pudding was exposed, it tasted like some kind of chemical powder was diluted. And by the way, they put the hot stuff on themselves, in portions. You can only put salads on your own. The only advantage of this hotel is its location: 10 minutes to Cleopatra Beach in one direction, 10 minutes to the port and bar street in the other direction. The hotel will only come down for the night, I will not return to it for rest!
