There is no pool bar, because the bartender still needed to be caught) there is not much choice of drinks: cola, sprite, fanta and water. I don't share the rave reviews. The five stars in Bahi did not stand next to the Turkish five stars. Russian Russians in the hotel were 90 percent, according to my feelings, but few people speak Russian at the reception. They gave us a room without a balcony, and we smoke. We asked what we should do with the smoking area, we were told to smoke outside, all rooms with balconies are occupied. Several times we asked how things were going with the rooms with a balcony, but they didn't move us anywhere. They ran outside to smoke, and it was inconvenient to go down from the upper floors every time. Moreover, how it was possible not to provide a balcony in each room in such humidity is not clear. Nothing dries at all. Beach clothes stay wet the next day, after a shower, the whole floor is wet too. And the floor is tiled, very slippery after getting wet. The rooms are quite cramped. There was no brush in the room. There was an ironing board with an iron, which was broken and the water poured out of it safely. It can be seen that the hotel is not new, it is already quite worn out, and the innovation did not help him much. The bathroom has dirty seams, scratches, the shower is kept on its word of honor and is attached in a very uncomfortable position. The sink is overhead, and the mixer is located almost at the edge of the sink, a lot of water, respectively, is poured simply on the table. To get warm water, you need to wait three minutes or even more. There is a very pungent smell of oriental fragrances in the hallway. Nothing is clear about the TV either. Meals for three, there was almost the same meal every day. The juices are not freshly squeezed, but ordinary. Almost all the food has a huge amount of spices (but in the UAE, it's probably the same everywhere). We saw how athletes from South Asia were settled, it was noisy from them, the door was constantly banging in the early morning. The card opens the door to the room every other time. Someone's black hair was found in a clean towel. The bedding is very smooth, it doesn't look like cotton. The whole time of my stay, whether it was the repair (or something like that) of the pier, excavators and other equipment were constantly buzzing. The beach is small, but there are enough places for everyone, there were a lot of them available even during rush hour.

But this is not critical, since the hotel building is built in the form of a horseshoe, and gives shade until almost noon. The beach is sandy, crabs run in the morning. Garbage and algae taken out of the sea are immediately removed. It is better to choose a room with a sea view, since there is a road and a high-rise building on the other side.

We had a rest together from May 29 to June 12, 2023, standard room. The tour operator warned us at home that it was not advisable to go at this time - it was very hot, but we are Russians! And, indeed, in the last 4-5 days the water in the sea was 40 degrees - we were saved in a cool pool, in the shade - 39, and in the sun - over 50! Even in the evening it was impossible to go outside. The hotel is non-alcoholic, but, as they say, "we had it with us." Although they strained in vain - there was a shop nearby, where there was a very good selection of any alcohol and quite cheap. But still there are moments about which I would like to warn Russian tourists. The hotel guide from the FAN&SAN company Alisher - did not act very decently with us. Sightseeing tour to Abu Dhabi and the main thing is a visit to the mosque, where there is a very strict dress code. He examined our appearance (dresses below the knees, scarves, scarves) and said that everything was fine, but in the end we were not allowed into the mosque and offered to buy special clothes at the entrance, which significantly increases the cost of the tour. Then he did not get in touch. We bought a wonderful (and cheaper than at the hotel) trip across the street from the hotel from TATIANA - jeep safari! Very friendly, friendly person! And I am delighted with the trip! Thank her! Without animation, of course, it's boring. Take books with you. There is a library, but there were only two in Russian. There is a good fitness club, but visiting is only possible in sneakers, not in slippers! In each shift at the reception there is 1 Russian-speaking, but in other places - English, but to help - a phone with a translator! I recommend this wonderful hotel to everyone! We had a rest at the hotel in mid-February 2023, all we liked was a beautiful bed and linen, just like a feather, good care products, room service (we took a suite 600) and a Russian-speaking guy at the reception. Everything. The rest is very depressing. The restaurant has old wobbly tables, shabby chairs, the staff can't cope at all, appliances, napkins, water were asked to bring or searched for themselves, the tables are littered with dirty plates, they were waiting to be cleaned, the staff is good, but there is not enough of it, apparently the owner of the hotel decided to save money during the off-season. The hotel is old, even in the suite room it can be seen that there has been no repair for a long time both in terms of plumbing and tiles, doors. And I haven't seen such dirty windows for a long time! The owner of the hotel, please note, nothing is visible in the panoramic windows, everything is dirty and stained! On the balcony, the glass fences are also dirty, it was not unpleasant, but very repulsive. The food in the restaurant is on the 3* level, no frills, like in the canteen. And we were lucky enough to have seafood and fish for 2 days, everything was cooked in white sauce, that's all we ate. You expect a lot more from a 5* hotel. We will definitely never come back here again. We walked to the Ajman hotel (through three bely krasavets hotels), rested in it in 2022, this is 5 * for sure, and here is 3 * with a stretch.

There were algae, but they were removed quickly.The rooms are cleaned daily with the change of bed linen (they even asked not to change it) We had everything included, a huge amount of food: meat, fish, chicken in all sorts of interpretations. Mocorones, pilaf, rice, fresh vegetables/grilled. There are a lot of things. Sweets like cream cheese are awesome. The staff is friendly, there are Russian speakers. Great hotel. Next to Oscar (alcohol store.drinks) Some people sipped beer on the beach, drank whiskey at dinner (carefully, without paliv) I definitely recommend it.

Rested from 21.04.23 to 28.04.23, family- parents and two adult daughters. We booked 2 separate rooms with a view of the city, but we were given a family suite of 96 sq.m. with a sea view as a gift without any extra charges!!! check-in was late, lunch boxes were ordered in advance through the booking service, they were given for everyone: tom yam soup with large shrimp, salad, fruit salad, broth, rice with fish and meat. The room cleaning is perfect. The bed linen is snow-white, high-quality, pillows for everyone are thicker and thinner. The staff is responsive, they asked for two more bathrobes at the reception, while they were walking to the room they were already brought. There is always a Russian speaker at the reception. If you need a taxi, you do not need to look for or order yourself, approach the security, and he calls the car himself, very convenient. The beach is cleaned of algae if they are washed up. The sun beds are new. At the beginning of the arrival there were a lot of people, we had to look for free sunbeds, at the end of the rest there were always free ones. The problem is only with the Russian mentality - from the night the sunbeds will be occupied under an umbrella and there is no one for half a day, and towels are lying. In this hotel for the second time, I like everything, a great hotel, maybe we'll come back!
