At check-in, as they did not promise to check in after 15 minutes, they still did not give the key before 14h. The price -quality ratio is determined. Entertainment includes music during meals and swimming in the bay. All. They cleaned well, but the white terry dressing gown hanging colorfully on hangers turned out to be used by someone in a completely ugly way on closer inspection. I threw it on the bathroom floor. Taken away. They didn't give a clean one in return. ? . It turns out that the cleaning control is not conducted or not completely. I liked the food. Not here is abundance for you, but qualitatively. Blue 0. Boredom.

It's not 5* definitely!
Cramped rooms!
The absence of a full-fledged breakwater: it brings garbage in waves. And for a couple of days it was impossible to swim in the sea, since oil was transported from Fujera and it spread in drops over the sea! Accordingly, footprints remained on the legs. And in the next hotel - everyone swam thanks to a good breakwater - no garbage, but no oil, no waves!
On food: the lack of variety, but it does not matter - the main thing is that most of the dishes are not tasty! Only soups were delicious!
Lunches and dinners are identical!
The playground for children is small and insignificant!
Of the advantages: a comfortable swimming pool, a children's pool, a Jacuzzi!
Beautiful interior!
Perhaps that's it!

The hotel does not pull more than 3. Who admires, sweeter carrots have not seen. As some write, you come in- a fairy tale. I searched, searched for this fairy tale and did not find it. 2 brooms are standing, that's all the beauty. There is no place to walk around at all, one small supermarket, the guys there are cool.
The food is so-so. Many people write that sweets are just delicious. It's so disgusting, you just can't eat.
Utter disappointment.

Rested from January 3-10, 2023. I will not put this hotel above 3 stars. I read reviews and am surprised, apparently people did not rest in good 5x. Positive: nice interior, cleaning every day, heated swimming pool, good cooking, there are always free sun beds. Cons: small territory, discrepancy of services in the price list: (steam / hammam does not work). There is a small sauna with a 2-by-2 Jacuzzi attached to it, which does not boil from the word 'at all'. The assortment of dishes is small, seafood has been waiting for Christmas, fruits from ripe only pineapples, sometimes watermelon, apples. If you do not have everything included, then you will see juices only for breakfast, in a diluted form or for an additional fee from the pack. There is a mosque near the hotel, there is no noise insulation in the rooms.

August 2023. Expectations and good reviews were not met. The food is all spicy. What are the kids eating here?? The whistle is either heard from the ventilation on the beach, or from the sewage treatment plants in the pool. Annoying and interrupts the noise of the waves. Seven days to listen to this is a sentence... I didn't like it. There is nothing but a beautiful hall and fresh flowers here. Ngmera are old.The sea is really dirty. A lot of Russians. It's a shame that it's not a five, but rather a three.

The reception staff is very good-natured, solve any problems.I would especially like to mention the employee whose name is Abdul, he is Russian-speaking. At our request, he moved without any problems from a room whose windows overlooked the mosque to a room with a sea view. Thanks a lot to him, because prayer started very early and we woke up, and on vacation I want to sleep. Tea, coffee, and water were always replenished in a timely manner. I recommend this hotel.

Kapetsky kapets! Instead of a room for three, with a double bed and a single bed for a child, for which we paid, we got a room with 2 single beds. The beach is very small, fenced with 2 huge piers. Don't expect any aesthetics. The only place for entertainment is the swimming pool, in which everything is splashing permanently. There are no interesting places nearby. The food is edible, but cheap and not tasty. There is only a good Turkish restaurant nearby and that's it. Drinking water is very bad, the taste is not fresh. They are greeted solemnly, pathetically, the staff is friendly. But there's really nothing to do there, just fry and sit in the pool. It's better to go straight to Dubai to the hotel. Well, or in extreme cases, choose the next one, at least there is a normal beach and a bigger pool.

An ancient hotel with a claim for 3* maximum. Everything is old, dusty and mildewy. The territory is small, without special conditions, food for a solid three. And the attitude towards the Russians on 1*: the service staff barely restrains their contempt, especially "impressed" Mohammed at the reception…The city is dirty, away from the hotel it resembles India with colorful streets, buildings and shoes at the entrance to the buildings. Out of the top five, apparently, only the cost of stay.
