We had a family vacation, the hotel is not just 5 stars, the staff needs to be reminded of everything from water to bathrobes in the rooms. The rooms are not large, but cozy, the balcony is designed only for drying things, the space is very small. The beach is nice, clean, there are enough sun beds for everyone, but there are very few umbrellas. The food is good, you can always choose what to eat.

Apparently they wrote eternally dissatisfied with everything. On the beach, about a steep descent, it's just ridiculous, no steep descent, the flatness is quite normal, natural, and even fun for children. The water is clean, I didn't find any garbage, even at 6 in the morning, when there is still no one from the staff. Juices are not only watermelon and orange, plus pineapple, grapefruit, and multifruit. Nutrition is complete. The beach is not only with sand, but there is also a lawn. The room with a view of the city turned out to be half with a view of the sea, exactly half, because the building is semicircular. Two guys speak Russian at the reception: Abdul and Mohammed. In general, all the concerns from the reviews read caused confusion on the spot. The Oscars alcohol store was found immediately, maps cards were rescued, although it is nearby, to the left of the hotel at the exit for 10 minutes, but it is hidden from the road, you need to enter the courtyard. Hotel, first line. Very decent. We were from 25.05 to 31.05.23. The weather is excellent 30-35 degrees, air, water 27 degrees. Waves 1-1.5 m. They gave 128 tr. for two. It was enough, days. Check-in at 15.00. Arrived early, at 6.30. Checked in at 12.00. Of the pros: the rooms are large, the cleaning is normal. The food is excellent, everything is very tasty. There are seafood. Meat dishes are enough and delicious. Lula, especially. Brady is all inclusive. We ate a little, because I wanted to try everything. From fructo in May were: melons, pineapples, watermelons. Canned peaches. The juices are freshly squeezed. The room was overlooking the Persian Gulf. In general, there was a small minus. This is centralized air conditioning. This installation is very noisy if you open the doors to the balcony, this applies to rooms with sea views. A little annoying. The service is good, the food is not bad, but everything is spoiled by the construction site and the dirty, terribly muddy sea with packages. It's not worth the money. Look at other options.

We had a family vacation at this hotel . The beach is gorgeous, the food is delicious.
Nearby there is a beautiful promenade with children's fountains and cars, a game room.
The water is clear , tides , sunsets . Everything is great.
The only drawback is that in November in the morning there is no sun on the beach until about 10-30 (hiding behind the hotel and a tall building next to it )

I'll start with the hotel itself. The hotel is located along the coastline on the edge of Ajman. Nearby there are souvenir shops , with products , a pharmacy. There are small restaurants with delicious food. Perhaps someone will be inconvenienced by a mosque located next door, but as a person who lived with windows facing it, I can safely say that this does not interfere with rest in any way, etc. The inside of the hotel is always clean, it smells fresh, but the hotel is not new and therefore many cosmetic flaws are visible 🏨🕌 overall rating and impression: 4/5⭐️
Food. We had half board, so I will limit myself to breakfast and dinner. Breakfasts are always the same and monotonous. Delicious, satisfying, but after the first week it gets very tired. Dinner was always varied. A lot of salads, meat dishes and side dishes, a couple of first courses, desserts and fruits are always at your service. Everything is fresh and won't leave you hungry. You will also have the opportunity to eat at the Asian cuisine restaurant on the territory of the Dragon place Hotel. Service and room service. Here I will highlight the main disadvantage of the hotel. The employees are very lazy, inattentive, low-skilled. Sometimes they could ignore the sign asking for cleaning, which has been hanging since the morning. They left their belongings and work supplies. Often they did not put fresh towels, bathroom accessories, water. They could even pull down your swimming trunks or swimsuit, but fortunately they returned it almost immediately. Pools: there are 2 of them (children's 45 cm, which was under a canopy in the shade most of the days, and an adult is not very large, but comfortable) + jacuzzi with hot water.
Meals for 5+, went with a child of 1.5 years old, fed from a common table. After reading the comments that everything was sharp, I was very tense. There are simple broths, steamed rice, potatoes, meat, etc. For breakfast, eggs, cheese, bread, cottage cheese, etc. Gorgeous fruits (watermelon, pineapple, melon for an amateur). Desserts
- a separate point, I really liked it.
Drinks: water, tea, coffee, soda, juices. In the store opposite, they bought kefir for a child.
Excellent service.
The room is generally spacious, there is both a bathroom and a shower.
If you have a view of the city, you will still be able to see the sea, but there will be no balcony. You can hear the mosque from this side, but it doesn't interfere in any way.
A couple of tips: ask the staff for a soft pillow if the standard one seems too high to you.
Bring coffee capsules with you and ask for a typewriter in the room.
If you have a room without a balcony, then things will take a long time to dry in the bathroom, hang them on the window.
We didn't need adapters, all the usual sockets fit into some of the sockets.
Minuses:
Garbage (bags, napkins, wrappers) often comes to the sea. Unpleasant (
The bottom is covered in algae in places, there is no such thing in the neighboring hotel, they also have a breakwater.
There are a lot of small crabs, more crawled along the bottom (I'm scared).
The sun beds are often occupied by towels and all are empty, no one is lying on them. It's a little difficult to find a place in the shade.
You cannot swim in the pool in a T-shirt, tunics, or other clothing other than a bathing suit, even if you burn out. Therefore, initially take with you what will be considered a swimsuit (we had swimsuits closed with long sleeves), or swim exclusively at sea.

Things were not brought to the room even after several reminders (the employee said that he had forgotten), the beach curtain was cleaned for 3 days (the beach of the neighboring hotel was perfectly cleaned at 8 a.m.), there is a lot of curry on nutrition - everywhere where it is necessary and not necessary (I just don't like curry) - but you won't stay hungry, There is no transfer to Dubai. Otherwise, everything is OK: we settled in quickly enough, the room was super - we had a sea view - in the evening the view from the balcony was wonderful), we arrived early - paid for breakfast right at the hotel - convenient - no need to bother. A Russian-speaking employee at the reception. The waiters in the restaurant do not speak Russian - we have fluent English, but it was difficult for pensioners. The hotel was next door to ours, I can't comment on accommodation, but the beach loses a lot due to the fact that there is no sun at all in the morning, because the building stands almost right next to Fairmont and blocks out all the light. Plus, the construction site nearby spoils the whole view . I've heard that guests seem to be allowed to use Fairmont Beach, but I don't know how true this is. This is the worst hotel I've ever been to. We had a rest in October 2024. The most important drawback is that strong condensation forms in the rooms! So strong that when you open the balcony, all surfaces immediately fog up and everything turns into a hammam! And if you consider that the floor is made of tiles, the probability of slipping and falling is very high! It turns out that the window cannot be opened and the air conditioner must always be on! The room had a very stale and musty smell! Things were always wet. The bathroom smelled like sewage! The food does not match the five stars of this hotel, there were no fruits at all. We cut watermelon and pineapple into small pieces, which were not enough for everyone! Dressing gowns in 5 stars should be by default, but we "begged" them on the third day.
