Special respect to the staff at the restaurant — incredibly polite, attentive and friendly people. · Final room: The corner room with a view of the Golden Horn, which we eventually received, fully met all expectations and for which we booked this particular hotel. · Overall impression: The hotel leaves a feeling of coziness and comfort.Located near the main pedestrian street Istiklal, there are many cafes and restaurants around. An unpleasant surprise awaited us upon check-in. Instead of a booked and paid corner room with a view of the Golden Horn, we were offered a standard room, arguing that our room was occupied. They promised to relocate the next day. However, the promise was postponed for another day the next day. The situation got off the ground only after our reminder. Such disorganization and the need to "beg" for what has already been paid for slightly spoiled the first impressions.

Within walking distance of Galata and Galata Port , the rooms are incredibly beautiful, very stylish and clean. Everything is made of high-quality materials The hotel has several restaurants downstairs, very beautiful and authentic. The staff is polite, beautiful, and very friendly! Friendly people! Many people know Russian, which is very nice. We will definitely recommend it and I think we will come back more than once.
