We have recently visited this institution, the attitude of the staff wishes the best. The last time was about 4 years ago, and I'll say that the staff under the former administrator just "rustled" in the good sense of the word (sorry for the vocabulary). Arriving in Taraz, we wanted to immediately go to our favorite BBQ, unfortunately it was under renovation. We waited for the long-awaited discovery and were disappointed. When we arrived at the cafe, we saw and were surprised that the waiters were trailing like sleepy flies, at least we were still seated at the table. We sat there for 15 minutes, and no one came up to us, although the waiters appeared on the cafe grounds, saw us, turned away and left. We called several times, and in response we only heard promises from another waiter. In general, we sat around, got disappointed and went to another place, without having tasted our favorite steaks, which we came for. It's a pity... I hope the administration of the institution will listen to my opinion and take measures towards the staff.
