When I asked for tap water, they said they don't have it. Seriously? No tap water? They said they have bottled water instead. Just wanting to make an extra buck. When I insisted they finally caved, but no apology. It's a luxury to have drinkable tap water. And when you have good water like in Almaty and you deny to give it, it is plain immoral. Tap water is good. Bottled wayer bad. Period. Shame on you. Last time I visit this immoral place.

Oh, this is our reliable pub, right next to the office) We go there after work. However, the kitchen works a bit strangely 🤣 We ordered two different burgers with a colleague and split them for testing. The burgers were barely warm, unfortunately, such a meal is not enjoyable. They brought a new one, one is also barely warm, but the French fries are completely cold. Here is such a kitchen)) I'll tell you about uncomfortable sofas next time))

I was in the VIP lounge. There is a lot of space, there are sofas separate from the table. Own bathroom. A large table. There is karaoke. Delicious food and drinks. I especially liked the meat and cold seafood appetizers. Polite and patient staff. I recommend it!
