We have come to a point with two iqos devices. We wanted to buy iqos cleaning sticks, I usually clean with chopsticks myself, but these sticks were not available at this point, as well as at another point in Tashkent City Mall. The consultant suggested cleaning the devices, left two devices with him for cleaning and went shopping, returned in 15-20 minutes, cleaning had not started yet. We stood and waited on the sidelines for the consultant to clean the devices, we were in a bit of a hurry, so we didn't immediately check the cleaning quality on the spot, I saw already on the way down the escalator that the devices were very dirty and didn't get any cleaner. I saw out of the corner of my eye that he was disassembling the devices, but... I don't know what he cleaned there, but I'm surprised at such poor service... they didn't come back because they were in a hurry. There is no desire to contact iqos service next time.
