- There is a great view of Dubai Downtown from here.
- There is a Flamingo statue next to the observation deck, which echoes the Ras Al Khor Nature Reserve, where flamingos live.
- A pleasant place for walking and taking photos 👍 If you arrive in your car, you can park it in the free parking lot near the Emaar sales department.
- In winter, there is usually a strong wind here, so it makes sense to take warmer clothes with you.
