To say that it's a good hotel is not to say anything!!!! The hotel is excellent!!! I have been to Turkey many times and there is something to compare it with! Starting from the reception desk, Zarifa the receptionist was like a magic wand! And in general, I have not seen any employee at the reception indifferent to the visitor. Although I have read reviews that are not very pleasant (probably it is still a human factor and character). Next....the food is great, there is a huge selection of meat every day, then you have mutton, veal, lamb, chicken every day, trout, various fish every day too. A lot of fruits , sweets , salads . Especially delicious grilled champignons and eggplant salad are divine!!!))) a large number of side dishes . There are dishes steamed and simply boiled, for those who sit on PP it's just a godsend!!! On the territory of the hotel, if you don't have time, there is a place to have lunch, and a snack bar, and a Gozmel tortilla will be cooked for you from the heat, and fries, and nuggets, and SO on. Animation for kids, a children's room, a swimming pool, slides, swings, a game room (cars, shooting games...). Even animals are there, it is interesting for children to feed and drive rabbits and ducks ))) even turtles and hedgehogs, a pond with fish) The beach is two minutes walk from the hotel, sand, a gentle entrance, with Children are just right! A very pleasant hotel! We had a rest from 25.10 to 04.11.25, the hotel was fully occupied. The outflow of people became noticeable only on the 1st of November. Beautiful green area. At this time, with ripe pomegranates, lemons, oranges, tangerines, grapefruits ... there is a place to walk. There is a good entrance to the sea, sand and in places there are small pebbles, but it is difficult to call them pebbles, they did not interfere at all. The beach is clean, the sun beds are brand new and comfortable. The beach was cleaned. I was especially pleased with the cocktail list - Balantais whiskey and other original ones were bottled without restrictions, even in cocktails. The food is excellent! Every day there are evening programs for both children and adults. The programs involve outside artists, circus performers, etc. The staff tries their best for the tourists. I really liked the hotel. The service is excellent. Everything is always tidy, towels are changed every day. The beach is sandy, you can always find sun beds. Thanks to this hotel and our beloved Titanic chain. In the off-season, we always choose Cullinan (due to the heating of the water park), but in the titanic Belek season it is no worse, since we are not fans of alcohol (judging by the menu, the choice here is slightly worse). The kids' club is just a delight, my daughter didn't go out, she constantly brought crafts, the staff there is excellent, all the children are remembered, full control over the walkie-talkies where the child is, activities that really captivate, friendly attitude. The staff and service are 10 out of 5, the level is super luxury, the food in the main restaurant is good, without frills, a la carte, everything is great and the service, the food, and the atmosphere. The remoteness of the beach did not bother, it was fun to ride on a steam train, then on a ferryman, as well as top staff on the beach! The sports club is super, the fitness equipment is top, volleyball is our love in the morning and evening. And of course the most attractive place of the evening is dj performances. Our room, with three balconies on all sides, with two bars, is always clean, quiet and a separate love.

I visited the hotel with my child for the third time on 08.2025, I like it. Cozy rooms. The beach is practically stone-free. A family-friendly hotel. You don't have to leave the hotel. There are several aquagorks. Every day there are performances in the evening. There is entertainment for children and adults. Well-maintained green area. Good variety and quality of food. The photo shows the hotel's map and the schedule of outdoor activities. I haven't been to Belek anywhere else, there's nothing to compare it with.

We were from 29.10 to 8.11.2025. We were lucky with the weather, the water is 24, the air is up to 27. The nights are cold, and it was 17 degrees. There weren't many people in the hotel, and there were fewer and fewer people every day. The territory is very green, it's nice to walk. There are geese and rabbits on the territory. This hotel has become our annual vacation destination. There is a beautiful large green area here - a garden with pines and boxwood, a huge beach equipped with canopies, convenient access to the sea, food for every taste - a wide variety in which everyone will find what they need at almost any time of the day, a daily replenished minibar in the room. The staff is friendly and quick to resolve any issues that arise. Many thanks to Anna Kirillova, who always kindly helps the guests with any questions. Except for the last visit in October 2025, there were noticeable savings on some products (halve, cream cheese..). In general, this hotel has everything for a comfortable stay.

We had a rest in Belconti in the middle of October. This is the first time we have been to this hotel. The trip from the airport took about an hour on a group transfer. We arrived at five o'clock in the evening, registration and check-in took literally 15 minutes. The room was in a bungalow, everything was clean, everything was working, there were no complaints about cleaning either. The territory of the hotel is large, very green, well maintained. Lots of fruit trees. There are ducks and rabbits, a fish pond. The beach is large, the entrance to the sea is comfortable. There are a lot of sun beds, but not everyone has enough under the canopy, they are occupied early in the morning. The water was already cold in the pools, few people swam in them, the slides work all day, my daughter rode. There is a spa, you can use the sauna, hammam, indoor pool. The animators are working, and there are different outfits throughout the day. But the evening performances were disappointing, there were only dance shows during the week. There is live music in the beach bar every evening, the singers are different, and the songs are the same. There is also a disco, but there are almost no people there. It's a bit boring in the evening. There is a kids' club, but our daughter has already grown out of it, there is a computer club, she went there to play in the evenings. The food is standard, as in all hotels, monotonous, cooked deliciously, and we didn't stay hungry. Desserts didn't come in. Ayran is bottled only. The alcohol is good, there is a large selection of imported in all bars, and they make a lot of cocktails. In general, I liked the hotel: beautiful territory, everything is very clean. The only and biggest disadvantage of this hotel is the rooms. For that price, you'd expect to see something completely different, and they're all the same, even the suites. We were with my son in 2022, and we really liked the hotel. The food is great, the animation is great, the beach is big and clean. There is imported alcohol, not diluted. They were supposed to move into a two-story building, but the room was not ready, they offered it in the main building. At first they didn't want to change it, but after they saw the number they changed their mind. The room is large, with a view of the garden, bathrobe, slippers, mini bar replenished daily, cola, Fanta, juice 0.2, pasteurized milk, nuts, salted sticks, water on, non-gas. And there was also a bonus, a Jacuzzi. The center of Belka is 1.5 km away along a beautiful alley. There is a golf course on one side and a park on the other. However, they sometimes forgot to replenish the bar. The clothes dryer is only on one balcony, attached to the wall, once a children's T-shirt was blown off, onto the roof of a restaurant. They went and asked to get it. So be careful. The room also has very poor dim lighting. And you won't open the curtains, because it will be hot. Because the air conditioner does not cool well, although it is at 10 degrees, it can barely cool down to 23 if it is turned on all day. The master was called, but nothing has changed. We rested for 14 days from June 14 to June 28, 2025. A family of 4 people (children aged 8 and 9). The flight was from Moscow, the Pegasus company, the flight is night, they don't give water on board, but they fly steadily. Precondition: 14 days before the holiday, I wrote to Anya in a telegram about the trip, dropped the letter. At the reception, everyone is greeted with a sincere smile and a friendly attitude. The room was given properly at 2 p.m., as the hotel was overcrowded, as Anna had previously warned. But with a sea view, clean and spacious in the main building, in the bathroom (bathtub). Keep in mind that the bathroom door is frosted glass, without a lock. Everything is close to the spa, the restaurant, the reception is just coming down (elevator, stairs). In the room: one full double bed, one 90 cm, and one additional. bed. A small balcony with a clothes dryer. There was a welcome set (bottle of wine and fruit). In the bathroom (bathrobes, slippers, toothpaste and brush, ear sticks, shaving kit and proper shower gel, etc., there is also a sewing kit, a shoe spoon and a sponge). Room cleaning: 10/10 cleaning, you need to press the green button if you need room cleaning. The mini bar was replenished daily. Spa: we went to saunas, hammam and indoor pool. Anechka signed us up at check-in in Alaska, for those who liked top hotels, they gave us a bag and a cosmetic bag, the dinner was a delight, live music, delicious food. Dessert won me over. Many people ask why they want to come back, because the atmosphere is friendly. They worry about your vacation and ask for suggestions for improvement. The mini bar was replenished every day: 2 cans of tuborg beer, 2 cans of pepsi, Mirinda, Lipton, pepsi zero, 2 boxes of juice, a carton of milk and 2 bottles of mineral water of 0.3 each. The rooms are tired and in need of repair, room cleaning for 4 people. But in general it is not critical. The territory of the hotel is large and green, there are many trees in bloom in May, it is very beautiful. They always clean the territory, replace the flowers that have faded. The entrance to the sea is sand with small pebbles, the beach is clean, there are a lot of sun beds, if you do not have enough, contact the staff and they will bring it. The food is good enough, you can always find something for yourself. In the evening, there is something different every time: baked duck, leg of lamb, red fish, grilled chicken. Fruits: oranges, apples, bananas, watermelon and strawberries. Ice cream on the beach in the afternoon. The animation is very unobtrusive, almost non-existent. In the evening, there is live retro music at the beach bar, just like 10 years ago. The first impression was not very good, the room was given on the ground floor, overlooking the fence and the collector area. And we were horrified, because the children lived in a normal room with a sea view. But! A small child and silence in the room during daytime and nighttime sleep is a huge plus, as it turned out! Gold bracelets for some, green bracelets for others, red bracelets for others… We were immediately disappointed at breakfast, there are no omelets to order, no bacon, no Philadelphia cheese, as it turned out later, kaymak and boreki with cheese are also only on holidays, the coffee machines in the main restaurant cook some kind of slop, the pastries are the same every day and not tasty. We ate scrambled eggs and cereal with milk every day. Fresh orange juice is one of the advantages. I got a little distracted by the restaurant, I'll write more about it later. Since it was cold, we went to the hammam to warm up. There was disappointment here, too. There are two hamams, a small one and a large one, but both are cold, the stones are barely warm, and the big door is always wide open, they went to the sauna, it was a little better there. The big coastline, I liked the canopies, it's good to hide under them in the shade, the entrance to the sea is a small strip of pebbles and sand, as in the whole of Belek. There were plenty of sun beds in general, even though the smart guys occupy them at 7 a.m. by hanging out a towel. In two weeks, the sand was cleaned up 1 time, which is why you can't call the beach clean, cigarette butts come across regularly. The sea was cold this year, after the storm it was 23 degrees, then it warmed up to 24.5-25, in other years it was warmer on 26-28. Bars. They made delicious liver, fish, chicken, kebabs and kebabs there, unfortunately, the chefs don't know how to make it, everything is over-dried. There is always grilled fish, steamed fish, chicken, lamb was served a couple of times, beef is also always available, but in one form: stewed or in tandoor. We were a little worried about how we would be treated there, but the hotel had a friendly atmosphere, there were no problems. On the downside: a lot of people came in the week of July 7, apparently the high season had begun, and in my opinion the restaurant could no longer cope with the load. I had to come to the very opening of the restaurant to calmly sit down at the table. But for 8 nights we have never changed the bed, and this is 5 stars. And no matter how much I threw my foot towel on the floor, it kept ending up on the shower stall.
