Convenient location, pleasant staff, the rooms are clean and tidy. Ramiz's employee speaks excellent Russian, is responsive and a good person. It was interesting to communicate with him. We ate quite a lot of breakfast, the cafe has a gorgeous view of the Bosphorus, seagulls fly to the windowsills. There is a currency exchange, restaurants and shops nearby. We recommend it)

Convenient: close to the historical center. There is a traffic jam nearby and many different shops, including cafes/restaurants. View from the 6th floor, where the breakfast is excellent. Inconvenient: small room, very small. The two of them are thinking where to put the bag. There is no kettle. The toilet is positioned in such a way that it does not involve normal use. There is mold. The shower cannot be installed from above, it is not convenient to wash. The paper bucket is broken and small, besides, no one has changed it yet during the 3 days of stay. There is no balcony, things had to be dried with a hairdryer, fortunately it was. Breakfast is small, there is no porridge, no cereal either, cucumbers, tomatoes, bread, honey, cheese, jam, something vegetable, lentil soup, tea, coffee. 1 key for two people is given.

We have been staying at this hotel for 4 days, room 110. The location is generally great. The room is cozy, 3 beds, there is a refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, hairdryer. The most important thing for those who come to Istanbul and walk a lot is to sleep well, the beds are very comfortable. There are bath towels, toilet paper, shampoo and soap. The room is clean. There are cups, plates and boiling water in the hallway. Everything was fine with us. The breakfasts are monotonous, but the views from the breakfast window are very beautiful. I think the hotel is perfect for its category. Of course, I would recommend it and would come here again.

Clear. It's very good for 3 stars! Breakfasts are the same as everywhere else in terms of the number of products. Beautiful view of the city and the Sea of Marmara from the dining room. There is a bar between the first and second floors. You can pour yourself a cup of tea there. My son was registered in my passport and at first they did not want to settle him. The hotel manager allowed it and our stay at the hotel went well. We have already stayed at this hotel twice. Cleaning is done on request

The only advantage is the location of the hotel. And another employee, Ramiz, is Russian-speaking, always positive, responsive and friendly. That's where the advantages end. It was my first time staying in a three-star hotel, and I probably won't do it again. The hotel is in poor condition, there is no lighting in the room or in the hotel as a whole, there is mold in the bathroom, the smell is periodically terrible, some kind of rot, we still do not understand why.The breakfasts for all 12 days are the same: boiled eggs, cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, cheese, jams and bread that is not fresh at all.

Great location. In the Beyazit area. Everything is nearby: 5-7 minutes uphill to the Grand Bazaar, 10-15 minutes on foot to Sultanahmet. The room is small, but cozy enough. The friendly staff is always ready to help. English was spoken quite well at the reception. I also occasionally met an employee who speaks excellent Russian. Tea can be ordered in the room. 120 rubles for two cups) On the downside: the TV wasn't working (suddenly, who cares) and the room hadn't been cleaned in 5 days (it didn't really matter to us). There is a sign saying "remove the room", I think this will help solve the problem ( Breakfast is always the same: tea, coffee, bread, butter, jams, chocolate paste, cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, cheese, sausage and mashed potatoes. Everything is quite tasty. But without frills. Everything was fine with us. During breakfast, seagulls arrive, walk on the wide windowsills, ask for something to eat). It's very unusual and interesting! The restaurant itself is located on the 7th floor, the windows are panoramic. Beautiful panoramic view of the city and the Bosphorus. Would you stay here any longer? I think so!

A hotel for unassuming people. There is an elevator and free Wi-Fi. The dining room overlooks the Bosphorus. The staff is gloomy, not everyone knows Russian. It is located on the corner of two fairly busy streets, so the hubbub and beeping from morning to night are provided for you. Rooms: small, but quite decent. Each room has air conditioning and a bathroom with shower. There are cosmetic flaws, but nothing falls off. Breakfast: buffet style, but always the same and not very varied. You can feed a seagull (it actively chases competitors, but not always successfully). Location: 5-10 minutes uphill in a straight line - and you are at the Grand Bazaar. There is also a tram stop, which can take you to other places of interest. The same 5-10 minutes in the opposite direction (without the hill, but with an above-ground passage) - and you are on the shore of the Bosphorus. If you come to explore Istanbul and only spend the night at the hotel, the choice is excellent. If you want maximum comfort, it's better to look for a more expensive hotel.

The hotel doesn't have three stars. The staff is not friendly , silent . Breakfast will be enough for a snack , no more . Room cleaning for two, dust everywhere. The toilet and shower , a broken drain , There is no holder in the shower for a watering can , for soap , the watering can is all leaking , in short , this is extremely inconvenient to put it mildly , everything is very bad , I have never seen it worse . I can't recommend this hotel, it's fine to spend the night, but it's not even possible to wash and tidy up. . I may have come across such a number. But a shower and a bathroom are something.

The location is excellent, the rooms are clean and compact, the breakfasts are monotonous, but you will not stay hungry. The view from the hotel's cafe is amazing, so we went to breakfast with pleasure) The staff is friendly: they helped with any question. We came to see the beauty of Istanbul, so everything was fine with us at the hotel. Will we come back again? Of course, yes))

This is the second time in a year and a half that we have stayed at this hotel. The rooms are cozy and clean with views of the Marmara Sea. The staff is friendly and helpful, fulfills all wishes. It is located within walking distance from Beyazit, Constantine's Column, Suleymaniye, Gulhane Park, Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia, Sultanahmet Blue Mosque, Cistern Basilica and little Hagia Sophia. For breakfast, the food is tasteless and indistinguishable, boiled eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, mashed potatoes, cottage cheese, olives and olives, questionable sausage, jams and baguette, tea and instant coffee. Everything in this hotel is on the same level, except for the food.

I didn't really like the hotel. Everything in the bathroom is in shambles. The breakfasts are the same: boiled egg, potatoes with spices, sausage, cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives and olives. They are cleaned if you only hang a sign on the door and before the time they start to clean, until about 11.00. On the 2nd floor there is a bar where you can only take boiling water for free. The room is very small, there is nowhere to turn around in a 3-bed. The elevator is soooo noisy, it's difficult to fall asleep, the audibility is great, on the last night a family with a small child moved into the next room, he screamed like that until one in the morning, and like something right under his ear. The only advantages are the location and the view from the dining room

Pros: the location is good, you can walk to most of the attractions in 15-20 minutes. Another beautiful view from the terrace. Cons: very small rooms. The two of them were cramped, jostling. It is impossible for tall people and even people with average height to fit on the toilet-their feet rest against the sink (it doesn't seem to be the case in all rooms, but it was the case with us). There is mold on the ceiling, and the walls are slightly damaged. But it's not that scary. The worst part is the very thin walls. You can hear the neighbors, and also, the most unpleasant thing, you can hear the elevator working, very loudly. He makes it hard to sleep at night. I will attach a photo of the breakfasts. Every day the same food, such as Greek salad, sausages, potatoes. There is no kettle in the room, few outlets, few hangers, and nowhere to put things away. It's pretty cool. The batteries were turned on at night, though. Someone will say, "Come on, it's not a big deal, it's just sleeping in a hotel anyway, walking around Istanbul all day anyway." That's right, I thought so too, but it turned out that to rest at night in a room, you still need good conditions))) In short, I don't recommend it. I'm sure you can find a better hotel for the same amount of money.

We stayed at this hotel for 7 days, everything is fine, the room has air conditioning, a TV, a small refrigerator and a safe, everything is simple, the bed is clean, but there was no cleaning for all 7 days, even towels were not changed, but it did not really bother, because they came only at night, of course, and there was no question of walking barefoot in the room, the floor was dirty, the shower was the same story, the breakfasts were very simple and monotonous, all 7 days for breakfast there were potatoes (mashed potatoes with spices), olives, cottage cheese, butter, jam, cucumbers, tomatoes (the feeling that vegetables had gone through many difficulties in life, there is no taste, watery, chopped at least), boiled eggs and sausage, we did not starve, but on day 4 we were already tired of eating these potatoes, and the most important thing for me that was missing was ground coffee, I am a big coffee lover, and I was very disappointed when I came for breakfast the first morning. and I saw a can of instant coffee and powdered milk, it's simple... the situation was saved by the fact that Turkish coffee was brewed in a nearby cafe, the staff was not at all friendly, the faces were always unhappy, they did not hear the Russian language, but we did not need it)), there is no sound insulation in the hotel, not at all, do not look for it, you will hear everyone and everything, the only thing that left a great impression of the hotel is on the top floor, where the dining room (where breakfast is served), there are large panoramic windows, the view is simply beautiful, seagulls are always waiting on the windowsill in the morning and asking for food. We were satisfied with this hotel because we only came to spend the night, to say whether we would return there again, rather no than yes. But, the location of the hotel is 10 out of 10, all the sights are within walking distance, the tram is 5 minutes away, which is the only way we traveled)) Bottom line, if you only spend the night, then it may be an option, but if you want comfort, then it's better to consider other options.

The hotel is good, convenient location- walking distance to the main attractions. The room is clean and pleasant. The water in the shower is hot, the pressure is good. The food is a little low, but you won't stay hungry. Corresponds to the stated three stars. Near the hotel there is a currency exchange office and an inexpensive and delicious cafe Pratik, a Migros store, a bakery of buns, Turkish coffee.

A good hotel, although the room is too small -506, you could wipe the dust better, but this will do. Breakfast is monotonous, but you can eat. The location is good, all the sights are within walking distance, but the truth is, to climb the hill .... Legs are buzzing... View from the dining room space, the Marmara Sea, boats . the cost is affordable, perhaps depending on the season, we were in October. In general, it is possible to live, especially considering that we only came to the hotel to sleep. Breakfast at 8-00 and until 23-00 we walked around the city. The staff does not understand Russian, only one cook-cleaner somehow. On the whole , we are satisfied 👍

A normal three-piece. The view from the dining room is very beautiful, seagulls walk on the windowsill, you can feed them from your hands, they are not afraid of people. Large panoramic windows, the Bosphorus is visible. It is located in a low-lying area, and I had to climb 800 m of paving stones. There were no special complaints, because we knew where we were going and for how much. Standard breakfasts, nescafe coffee bags, good strong tea in kettles. The room is small, we had a triple room for two.the staff is friendly!

The location is convenient. The rooms are small. There is a lot of wind blowing from the windows (considering that it was raining and it was cold outside). The curtains, like the windows, are dirty. The furniture is all old and falling apart. However, the beds are good, the linen is not washed. Rooms can be cleaned upon request. There is no kettle in the room. However, on the 2nd floor near our room there was a "nook called a "bar" in which there was boiling water. but!!! When the staff saw that we were taking boiling water, they closed the entrance to this squalid nook with an equally squalid lock. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. Breakfast is monotonous. Hot boiled eggs. cold mashed potatoes of gray color, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, delicious bread, butter, jam.Instant coffee with powdered milk.

The hotel is well located, equidistant from trams and metro, 700 meters 10 minutes. There is breakfast, boiled eggs, vegetables, cottage cheese, tea/coffee. The place of eating is on the roof, overlooking the Bosphorus and you can take pictures with seagulls. There are many Russian-speaking tourists. We checked in at 4 a.m., thanks a lot for that.

I rarely write reviews, but it was such a horror! I hope my review will help someone not to choose this hotel! The cleanliness in the room is a different story, the whole bathtub is covered in mold, it's scary to go into the shower, the slates were good and you could swim in them. Dust..... The cleaner came to clean the room with her child once, he soiled the suitcase with dirty feet, then we had to ask her not to come to our room with the child, although the obvious fact. The breakfasts are just trash! You can only eat cheese, bread, olives and an egg. The eggs were delivered a day later. Cucumbers were given forage, peeled from the skins, and inside they look more like zucchini than cucumbers. In general, only the cafe opposite the entrance saved us! Where the pastries are super delicious. The attitude of the staff is a separate story, they asked to fix the TV in the room, so the men had such faces when they had to take their mind off football at our request.....

I didn't like the hotel. The staff was not friendly. Our room was very small and cramped, everything was leaking in the toilet, it was impossible to take a shower, there was water on the floor all the time. After contacting the reception, we were given a large towel to wipe the water on the floor with. There was almost no food at breakfast, except for eggs, even the coffee was of the lowest quality, and the cream was dry. We went to the dining room with our coffee, milk and food, just for the view of the Marmara Sea.

The room was dirty (everything was dusty, the bedding stank, the toilet seat was broken, the toilet itself was very dirty, the shower was covered in slime, the safe was not working), there was no kettle with coffee and tea, they said if we wanted, we could order, but tea 50 lira (4.5 r), and coffee 100 lira(8.40) - like in a cafe! When they put up a roll of numbers, they only took the garbage out of the trash can, and that's it! They didn't even wipe the floor! There was no separation between gel and shampoo! There was just gel in the jar and that was it. The breakfast is beggarly: boiled eggs, a couple of chopped vegetables, red sausage (I'm not even sure if there is meat there) juice, coffee and tea. The kettle of boiling water itself was rewound with electrical tape! And the cook is sitting and smoking next to where we eat!!!!🤬 It was a good experience, and I'm disappointed.

It seems to be close to transport, but uphill. The area itself is quite seedy - it's not safe in the evening, there's nothing around, it's a wilderness. The restaurant patch of Kumkapi towards the Marmara Sea is a breeding ground for tourists. The location of the hotel is not an advantage at all, but a disadvantage. Breakfast is the same every day! It's not tasty! The bread is musty and damp. The room stinks of sewage. In fact, the cheapest hotel in the aggregator search engines. And his place is not good. Istanbul hotels, in fact, are designed for you to come and sleep. This hotel does an excellent job of its function. Certain advantages + location! Yes, it's the best! Migros in 1 min. walking distance, exchange offices, shops and cafes with great prices! (What the guests of other hotels might envy) Nearby Baklava is 180 tl/kg (baklava is a dream), when the Grand Bazaar is 1050 tl/kg at the stop, there is no difference, except for the price, as for everything else. And, of course, the sights! Even on foot, even by tram, everything is nearby! + Great view at breakfast, yes, the choice is not rich, but quite passable. Entertainment - feeding seagulls I am so satisfied with this hotel that I am ready to return there again!
