A good hotel, although the room is too small -506, you could wipe the dust better, but this will do. Breakfast is monotonous, but you can eat. The location is good, all the sights are within walking distance, but the truth is, to climb the hill .... Legs are buzzing... View from the dining room space, the Marmara Sea, boats . the cost is affordable, perhaps depending on the season, we were in October. In general, it is possible to live, especially considering that we only came to the hotel to sleep. Breakfast at 8-00 and until 23-00 we walked around the city. The staff does not understand Russian, only one cook-cleaner somehow. On the whole , we are satisfied 👍

The hotel exceeded all our expectations. We read the reviews and were prepared for the worst, but, fortunately, our expectations were not met. The room was very clean, the bathroom was in good order, there was always hot water, the air conditioner worked quietly and cooled the room very quickly (it was +34 outside). There was also a small refrigerator in the room, which never let us down and worked as a full-fledged refrigerator. The bathroom has a hairdryer, shampoo, soap, bedside table.The bed linen was clean, spotless, and the towels were all brand new. The TV also pleased me, there was even one Russian channel. The hotel staff is very polite and helpful. The hotel is located in close proximity to all the main attractions of the city, there is a tram line nearby and you can easily get to the Asian part of the city. The embankment is 3-4 minutes away. There was Wi-Fi in the room, the speed was at an altitude, no other hotel had such a fast and high-quality Internet.We didn't like the breakfasts, they were monotonous: eggs, bread, cheese, olives, tomatoes and cucumbers, freeze-dried coffee, powdered milk.

In principle, I hardly eat for breakfast. Eggs, cheese, sausage, sliced vegetables, butter, honey, shock. Pasta, processed cheese, there was also something like soup, but I'm a Turkish national. I don't really like soups, I didn't even look at what was there) But people took it, ate it up)Coffee (more like chicory), tea. Very tasty bread. That's the whole non-tricky breakfast. Hello everyone Please read to the end. I'll start right away with the Grand Liza Hotel! As soon as the transfer arrived, a guy with glasses met me at the reception and gave me the keys with such a look. He did not speak or understand Russian at all. By the way, none of the staff speaks Russian.
The hotel itself is in terrible condition, and the location is a completely different story! If you want a quiet place so that you can relax after a rest, then definitely not this area! Noise and dirt are everywhere! It is better to choose an area slightly higher, where, for example, the Bayazit mosque.
Now about the hotel! I'll probably start with the Kitchen! There is no kitchen at all. The dishes are very dirty, all broken. Dirty tables and even chairs. Breakfast was only hot - boiled eggs and that's it! Cheese and sausage, which I don't eat sausage at all. I also saw powdered lentil soup for breakfast once, but I didn't even try it.
And the most interesting thing is, the same guy with glasses is standing washing dishes and cleaning the table! The hotel saves so much that there is a smart house everywhere in the corridor - the light reacts to movement. Sometimes you come to your room and the lights go out as soon as you start looking for the keys. It's not a pleasant moment! I talked to the cleaner and said that the hotel is very poor.
About the same guy with glasses, he was also vacuuming at the reception hall.
Now about the number! The room was very dirty! I've never had my place cleaned! Imagine that! Not once in 7 nights! The towels are full of holes, torn, and some kind of yellowness. The bed linen is dirty, stained, with pellets! The bathroom is terrible, hair is everywhere, there were some traces. The toilet is generally a separate story, I don't even want to write! And there were cigarette butts lying on the windowsill!
I travel a lot, but I've never seen such SHIT before!

I was struck by the dirt in the room, they seemed to be trying to clean up, then it was for visibility, I had never seen such a dirty room, although I had seen a lot of them, and I am not particularly picky, I repeat, the room needs to be clean for the night. Plus, on top of everything, the walls are cardboard and the audibility is just terrible, especially for some reason no one went to bed in this hotel before 2 a.m. Therefore, every night, and we were seven nights, going to bed at 11 a.m., until 2 a.m. we listened to screams, knocks, the staff yelled among themselves, not realizing at all that it was the dead of night. The only plus is a good location, although considering that there are hotels at every turn, it was possible to find much better, since it simply could not be worse

This is the most disgusting hotel in the history of my travels, and there are quite a few of them, and the hotel has three stars, but I have never seen such a neglected, smelly and fungal shower! There are holes in the walls, walls, panels, a toilet without a lid, tiles have not been washed since the restoration of 2010, and what kind of toilet paper they put is just lovely, and their cleaning is wonderful, they washed in the middle and that's it! My advice to you is not to be fooled by the picture, it's not like that! Even the view they have from the dining room terrace is not worth it.
