I wanted to buy toilet water on certain days, on vipparfum.by Registration certificate No. 101281616 was issued on 31.03.2004 by the Administration of Pervomaisky district of Minsk I called one day and said that I would pick up a certain product before the end of the working day. 20-30 minutes before arrival, there is no one and they do not answer the phones. I decided to contact them the next day. Again, no one answers in the chats or on the phone. I managed to get through by accident, they said that they were supposedly on vacation and at the store, until about 5 p.m. There are zero ads on the website and on the store's wall. "Open until 19:00." They wrote back in the chats that "I'm also on vacation. And complain wherever you want, we don't care." When we could get in touch by phone, it turned out that we had already sold this position. How does it work? If you are not working, remove the ads. And placement on other sites. The product was offered for 30 rubles more expensive, and only a day after the desired date. But it's not a fact that you can get it. Two trips to their store turned out to be pointless There are screenshots and recordings of phone conversations to confirm their relevance.

The situation with this store is as strange as possible. In the morning, they called to confirm the order and the cost magically increased and the customer is simply confronted with the fact that having already placed an order, the argument for increasing the cost is as strange as possible "our cost is not stable or fixed (I don't remember literally)" In general, the situation is strange, and so are the attitudes towards customers. With this approach, it is easier for me to order at another store for this price, where they will simply bring me perfume without a "magical" price increase with unclear arguments.
