In the morning, they called to confirm the order and the cost magically increased and the customer is simply confronted with the fact that having already placed an order, the argument for increasing the cost is as strange as possible "our cost is not stable or fixed (I don't remember literally)" In general, the situation is strange, and so are the attitudes towards customers. With this approach, it is easier for me to order at another store for this price, where they will simply bring me perfume without a "magical" price increase with unclear arguments.
