You can pick up your passport from 12 to 14.00. The passport issuing windows began to work only at 12.30, and then it was mixed with other operations. I was already starting to worry, but then at 1 p.m. everything became faster, and I was given one window that worked only for issuing passports. I picked up my passport at 13:30. They gave me the visa as requested, and I was ready 2 weeks after submitting it.
