The pizza went bad, 2 months ago we bought a family of pizzas 1 for the promotion, 2 for the national team and we really liked it, it was enough! 3 weeks ago, I came with a child and we were upset, it wasn't pizza, it was just dough, there was almost no filling. A couple of days ago, I came alone and decided to give it another chance, I thought maybe there were a lot of orders and the chefs were in a hurry, but no, everything is the same, considering that I also came in the afternoon and waited for the employee to come!!! Of course I'm disappointed, I remember before and what is now, there is no comparison! It's a pity that I don't have the habit of photographing everything.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Puzzle Pizza with my family, which stands out in a lively atmosphere. The place is organized with amazing neatness: everything is quite clean and the pizza preparation process takes place right in front of the visitors. Special attention should be paid to Valeria's employee, who became a real highlight of our visit. Puzzle Pizza uses the concept of an open kitchen where customers can watch the pizza making process. Valeria works with such skill and confidence that it turns into a real show. My son was simply mesmerized by her agility and professionalism. He couldn't take his eyes off how she cooked pizza while doing several things at the same time, which was generally a delight, and his daughter, inspired by Valeria, said she wanted to learn how to cook pizza at home in order to repeat this magic one-on-one, like her. It was her work that aroused such enthusiasm among the children! Valeria is not only a master of her craft, but also a model of customer orientation. She listened attentively to all our wishes, helping us create a pizza that perfectly matches our tastes. She didn't rush us with the choice, patiently explaining the options for fillings and sauces. Her kindness and appropriate sense of humor made communication easy and enjoyable. Even at times when the place was busy, Valeria managed to simultaneously take orders, cook pizza and keep up a conversation, demonstrating exceptional professional skills. Thanks to the concept of Puzzle Pizza, where customers can participate in creating their own recipe, we were able to choose exactly the ingredients that we like. The result exceeded all expectations: the dough was perfectly baked, with a crisp crust, and the filling was fresh and harmonious. Every bite was saturated with flavor, and even the most fastidious members of our family were delighted. The quality of the products and the craftsmanship of the preparation have made this pizza one of the best that we have tried. When we decided to take part of the order home, Valeria showed even more attention to detail. She carefully packed the pizza, making sure that everything was convenient for transportation and would stay fresh. Her warm wish for a good day was a pleasant end to our visit, leaving us feeling like we were really taken care of. This is a place where we will definitely return to, and I strongly recommend everyone to visit it to see for themselves!
