Positive:
- the location of the hotel in the city next to the embankment, which is simply gorgeous, wide, long, we walked along the embankment every day. I liked the town itself, it was cozy and neat.
- the room was on the second floor, the balcony is angular due to the location of the room, the view is pleasant to the city, you should not pay extra for the sea view, most likely it would not be visible from the 2nd floor.
- high-quality alcoholic beverages
- we had a rest in early October, the contingent of vacationers was mostly 50+, but there were also young couples
- we were lucky with the weather, +28°, sunny, there was no rain for all 7 days
- the room was cleaned daily, towels were changed 2 times in 7 days, we are satisfied
- the staff is friendly
Cons: I didn't like the food, although there was always a choice, so we didn't stay hungry
- there is old furniture in the room, at the end of the rest the closet door broke, if it hadn't broken, I wouldn't have written it as a minus

Do not take a transfer from this hotel to Barnaya street!!! Cooks and waiters are attached to the transfer, who in the club begin to threaten to beat you if you start chatting with girls nearby!

- the waiters are rude, disrespectful, threaten to beat them if they don't like something (they even had to contact the police);
- the attitude towards Russian speakers is terrible!

The location is impeccable, 70 meters from the sea and the center of the promenade. The exchanger, pharmacy, excursions are across the street. The staff was always helpful, responded to requests, and repeatedly helped. There was no safe in the room, although it was stated that the blanket for two was not seriously small (an additional one was given at the request, but it is prickly and without a duvet cover). The food is good, there was not enough fruit — 1 time there were apples, and that's it! Chicken is often made from meat, but cooked in different ways, so it did not get boring. There were fish, beef, and quail. Vegetables, greens, olives were very pleased.
From alcohol — wine from decanters, rare swill, when replaced with bottled — normal. The beer is not bad. The vodka is great — I don't know where they get it) Raki — I didn't like it. The pool area is not bad, I did not swim in the pool. The price decides everything! I was ready to suffer minor inconveniences, there were not so many of them, my recommendations are for unassuming tourists.

I am staying at this hotel for the second time. Everything suits me. It's a three. There is a place to sleep and wash. I like the convenient location of the hotel in the center. Go to the right: shops, Marmaris Castle, old town, McDonald's. Go left: shopping center, KFS, Isidore. A pharmacy with a good Russian-speaking pharmacist is within walking distance. The sea is also a one-minute walk away. The food is normal. The food is mostly chicken. Well, that's good. I don't eat pork, mutton stinks in Turkey, and I eat beef at home. I didn't come to eat) Cleaning the bathroom every day, floors according to our wishes. Duvet covers and sheets are not perfectly white, but clean. A room with sea view is available for an additional fee. The staff is friendly. The drinks are delicious (I mean wine and beer) This year, we were taken to the airport after eviction: the hotel owner allowed us to eat at lunch without any problems.
Some people write about the channels that there are no Russian ... uh... there is no time to turn on the TV at all! The refrigerator was working. I didn't use the safe: they don't steal anything.

I really like this hotel! We have been vacationing in it for several years in a row in the company of friends. I like the corner rooms with panoramic windows. The staff is polite and responds to any request. The rooms are cleaned daily, if something is missing in the room (towel, soap, t/paper or shampoo) you can always ask. The food for the hotel *** is quite normal. Sometimes it happens that the food in the trays is running out, but they will always bring it on request. Among the disadvantages are a poor selection of fruits, chairs on the outdoor veranda with sagging seats, it's time to replace them, and the most significant disadvantage is the old sagging mattresses, it is impossible to sleep. Hopefully, they will be replaced.

Like it. Marmaris is gorgeous. We rode the boat twice. 7 stops, the water is of different colors everywhere. It's beautiful. The hotel is not bad for the money. You can take it without food. You can eat anywhere. I have been to Turkey more than once. Only now I realized how multifaceted this country is.

The pool is clean, you can always find a sunbed, or even two sun beds. The rooms are not cleaned very cleanly, but this is a three-star hotel!!!! Hello!!! Rooms with sea view, do not take it!!! View of the nearby hotel, and beyond it the sea. On the side of the road, if there is a view, then it is not noisy! Of course, it is better not to take rooms above the 3rd floor, since the elevator has to wait a long time and you have to walk. One day the water was turned off for 40 minutes, BUT it was not in the hotel, but in the city, there was an accident. And I repeat, everything was solved in 40 minutes!!!! The hotel has responsive staff, nice people, they will always help and solve your problem, the reception staff understands cool guys in Russian!!!!! The restaurant staff (so to speak, where they feed) speak Turkish and English, very funny guys, joke a lot and create a cheerful atmosphere!!! I will come back to this hotel again!!!!! We had a vacation with my husband in August 2022,
I can't call such a bestial attitude any other way, I haven't met it yet!
* Starting from the reception, a rude, I would say aggressive receptionist is sitting, he asked for $ 50 to stay in a room with a supposedly sea view! I took the money, as a result there was no sea from the room, a view of the neighboring building, the noise of the road and that's all!!!
They asked to change, he says there are no more rooms! *The rooms in the hotel are all old and dirty, they do not clean, plumbing leaks, all the water is on the floor, the floors are not washed at all.
*In the family room, the combined two beds move apart, at least they are fixed together, they constantly fail, it is very uncomfortable (((
*"Food", if you can call it "food", there is not enough in the restaurant, those who had time before, had time, the choice is very meager and tasteless, meat from soy, mashed potatoes from powder, immediately felt ...

I booked sea view, kle got his way, and for an additional payment in cash, which he then beat out with a scandal using the booking service (thanks Ostrovok). When leaving, I left my phone charger in the room, wrote a letter to the hotel that I would pick it up in a week - 0 reactions.
Otherwise:
a good location (the center is 15 minutes on foot, the beach is 2 minutes),
the food is good for 3* and even tolerable alcohol
is provided by the staff in the dining room.
The rooms that were killed, as in all three-bedroom apartments in this location, are rarely and sluggishly cleaned,
the noise insulation is disgusting, especially in rooms that face the road. Take earplugs and an eye mask with you, because the curtains let in the sun.
Forget about WiFi, it catches only on the ground floor (restaurant, lobby).

One of the advantages. The beach is close enough, both public and any other with sun beds. They gave the opportunity to choose a room with a balcony overlooking the sea (a friend's birthday). A huge balcony and a piece of the sea is visible. The rooms are old, with a corresponding smell. Sheets and pillowcases with streaks, stains are old and cannot be washed. We settled in 10 minutes. after arrival, we arrived at about 11 a.m.
At 12:30 p.m. lunch.... Here is just a huge minus. From meat nuggets and something from minced meat, ala cutlet. Zucchini stew, macaroni and cheese. A small selection of salads with spiced tomatoes and cucumbers. Bags of bread.
They did not dare to take it for a long time, they seemed to be collected from the tables.
They left hungry, there are no snacks, you can only drink liquids.

We had a vacation in May with a friend. I liked everything VERY much. We chose the room that suits us. The staff is polite. There were problems with the Internet...(at the beginning). The hotel is quiet (all our wishes have been taken into account). Suitable for everyone to relax:both family and single, you can relax with children-the sea is not far away..the pool is clean. There were no problems with food (it was satisfying and delicious), there is also a bar with a sufficient assortment of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic products.

Or how to build a great hotel and spoil the impression on penny trifles.
There was no food in flight (Smartavia, aka Nordavia).
We were brought to the hotel at 21-58 just in time for the end of dinner. I went to the reception desk, out of old habit, clutching $20 for tea in my hand. The day-old (25-year-old boy) refused to do anything and give food to tired and hungry guests, although he could have.
And... flew past the tip.
I was given a room on the second floor (room 102)
The room is small, with low ceilings (2.0m), WELL renovated, CLEANLY cleaned.
The TV is flat (I mean, many people wrote about kinescopes in reviews. I saw a room in the hotel filled with kinescope TV sets).
They forgot to give him the remote control, well, figs with it.
Shampoo, shower gel, soap, hair dryer, towel.
The combined bathroom is very spacious.
The shower cabin can comfortably accommodate five people - it's so big.
The mattress and pillows are comfortable.
A blanket instead of a blanket is comfortable for this temperature.
The air conditioner blows past the bed, which is important. Credit!
The safe is digital. Mini fridge.
The lighting is bright, LED, pleasant and warm white.

In the evening, I aired and closed the window (when I entered, the room was stuffy). And at four in the morning I woke up to the buzzing of mosquitoes. I killed eleven of them, with blood. Fortunately, the walls, floor, and ceiling in the room are white. Mosquitoes are immediately visible. I hit it in flight, so I didn't get the walls dirty.
The second night I didn't open the window and there were mosquitoes again. I had to plug the cracks in the windows with toilet paper and plug an incomprehensible hole in the wall near the TV with a cloth. It helped.
I didn't check the beach in the hotel area. I was disgusted. But for many, it's normal.
I went swimming in Ichmeller or Turunch.
There are too many stinky rivers and just gutters in the center of Marmaris.
And the vast harbor with ships whose toilets drain directly into the sea does not add quality to the water.
The hotel has a hammam and a Finnish sauna. For some reason, there is no shower in the bath complex. That is, after the sauna, you can only rinse in the hammam.
The hotel has a fixed program sauna-hammam-foam massage-oil massage. Each stage is 15 min. It all costs $15.
I took the sauna for 15min. And massage for 30 minutes, then extended for another 15 minutes. I paid $25 (145 rubles). Gezme is a young masseuse girl with golden hands. But no one in the hotel advertises it.
The girl - administrator of the bath complex speaks great Russian.
There is no water cooler next to the baths - this is nonsense for me.
Breakfast
Classic "English breakfast". Toasts, fried sausages, eggs in two or three versions. Cereal with milk.
Lunch
I've been without meat twice. (Soy meatballs and sausages are not considered meat)
Hortex frozen fried (green peas, corn, diced carrots, broccoli)
Rice, pasta, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, chopped onions, greens.
Tomato, pea or potato puree soup.
Supper
The same as lunch, but bulgur and dietary low-fat chicken breast are added, which is difficult to chew.
Apart from chicken, there is rarely anything else.
Once there were cutlets that looked like beef.
The diet was clearly made up by a supporter of healthy lifestyle.
By paying an additional 30 liras, you can be admitted to a buffet with Chinese cuisine. IT doesn't look impressive. I haven't tried it. And few people have tried, I think.
For 10 rubles there is fresh orange juice with ice. You can go without ice if you ask.
Beer is tuborg. It's normal.
The wine is red, dry - about nothing.
People massively jam vodka and soda cocktails. I haven't tried it.
At the hotel, I took a picture of a sign that says the meal schedule. If you read it carefully, it follows that on the day of arrival and on the day of departure, the guest does not have the right to have lunch, even if he had time for lunch.
This is a big inconvenience in fact, because the guest is sitting in the lobby with suitcases and waiting for the bus and he does not have the opportunity to go to a cafe half a block away.
And it's convenient to go to the canteen - you won't miss your bus.
The contingent consists of Russians, Ukrainians and a few residents of Eastern Europe. Everyone drinks in moderation.
Wi-Fi. Very unstable. It works fine, then slows down, then flies off every three minutes. Facebook reading is a problem. Some days I couldn't talk to my family on Whatsapp.
You can't have such a shameful Internet while being in the center of a big city.
A huge fat minus!
