Excellent apartment, I recommend it to everyone! Comfortable and clean, very polite and attentive staff (all issues were quickly resolved), cleaning every day (including washing dishes). The interior is pleasantly restrained, not ultramodern, but everything is clean and pleasing to the eye. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would like to mention very comfortable beds and thick curtains. Good location, close to many cafes, grocery stores, Abu Dhabi Mall, transport stops. The Louvre is 13 minutes away by taxi (30 minutes by bus), 20 minutes by bus to the bus station, and you can walk to the beach. On the roof there is a swimming pool (not large, but heated), sauna, gym with a good set of exercise equipment.
