But, it is not convenient that there is no opportunity to buy with a fitting, constantly, if it does not fit, wait weeks for a refund. The sizes do not match, they are sewn on a large made chest, and very tall. All sizes are very small. Employees constantly hush up a separate topic, what is politeness and service have not heard. I stopped ordering things because of the convenience of fitting and rudeness.

I ordered a cardigan, it's a long shipment. The order took a long time to complete. Although from Moscow.
I arrived, the cardigan was sewn for a 180-foot-tall girl. I got lost in it. And the quality leaves much to be desired. On the same day, I sent it back and notified the store.
The next day, the order arrived at the store, but they are in no hurry to pick it up. They go for refunds twice. There is an acceptable story in the video. But the answers in the correspondence amazed me. There is a complete lack of understanding of how the process of communicating with clients should be structured. And to the direct question when the refund will be made and I asked to send a receipt, I was sent general phrases and at the end I was asked not to order anything else from them.
As if there would then be a desire to do it at all.
It is a pity that I faced such treatment. Maybe the product is not bad. I didn't have time to evaluate it) but the communication is terribly unprofessional, as if the owner himself is responsible, who does not want to communicate with the client and believes that everyone is fools around and the director is always right!
The refund came, but the sediment remained.
I do not recommend it.

Terrible boorish employees work in this store. Especially the managers responsible for correspondence in messengers. It will be more expensive for yourself not to buy anything and not to waste your nerves🤦🏽♀️
