We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The staff is polite and helpful, the room is clean and tidy. There is air conditioning, hairdryer, hot water. The only thing was that the mosquito net on the window was poorly fixed and they were bitten on the first night, but in general it did not spoil the impression. The food is prepared there, very tasty, homemade. Breakfast was included in the price, lunch and dinner could be ordered separately. The hotel itself is located in the courtyard, so it was quiet and cozy around, there are small house shops, a shopping center and bus stops are within walking distance, and a very well-maintained beautiful park is across the street, where it was pleasant to walk in the evenings. I recommend it!

We were there with friends, visited the sauna. How gorgeous and cool it is, First of all, the most important thing is that the pool has warm water, not icy and cold like in other saunas. It was very comfortable to be in, convenient location inside, starting from the entrance and ending with the shower. I also want to note that there is an opportunity to listen to music and play billiards.

A small hotel. Clean, at least in my room. By the way, the room can be rented for half a day. Couples come here. There is a small restaurant (cafe) with 15-20 seats. Breakfast can be selected from three possible options. For example, scrambled eggs from 2 eggs, croutons, coffee, yogurt, a slice of melted cheese, 2 pieces of bread, butter. The Internet is very bad, it constantly falls off. The channels on TV are only on-air.

I accidentally found this hotel - I was following the navigator to another one, saw a sign indicating the direction and decided to look in. The pleasant receptionist quickly arranged everything, despite the late visit. I liked it - there is the necessary minimum, there were no problems with water (pressure, temperature), it was clean, in the morning they helped to call a taxi.

Accidentally found this hotel on Google, Yandex, it did not show, for some reason. They were already settled at 9 a.m., for which a separate Rakhmat. Delicious breakfast and very polite staff. The room is average, but without significant complaints. It's just stupid to expect more for such a sum. The location is not bad, I walked to the center, walked a little. Recommend 👍

There is a mini bar, but it is charged separately. Breakfast is also included in the price, you can choose (porridge, omelette, scrambled eggs, pancakes, fritters, drinks, yogurt).

A wonderful hotel! In comparison with many locations where we stayed during the Almaty-Chelyabinsk trip, this hotel left the most pleasant impressions and memories. Great room, wonderful staff, delicious food in the local canteen. The receptionist Ainura is friendly and always with a smile, met and promptly placed, organized a late dinner. The cook is very charming and a professional in her field. We will definitely stop again when visiting the city.

on the night of 08/27/20/28/20, after checking into a room on the 3rd floor with 2 separate beds, food and drinks (borjomi and vodka) were ordered to the room, the order and payment were made before going up to the room at the reception. after that, food was ordered again, which was brought to our room by the maid Svetlana. A little later, we did not find the Icos in the room. Many people will now think "lost somewhere before Orion", but not! we smoked it before Svetlana came and it was constantly lying on a small round table. No other outsiders entered the room. There was neither the strength nor the desire to figure it out, we decided in the morning to move all the furniture again and check for ICOs in the room. They didn't find it.......... in the morning, handing over the room, the girl at the reception asked to pay for beer from the refrigerator, which we did not drink. Claiming that it was there and we drank it. There was no beer container in the urn or in the bags, they probably decided that we had eaten cans or bottles))) In general, this is not a hotel, but a cheap almshouse with terrible staff. I will not advise anyone and I will not set foot there myself. There are better hotels in Nur Sultan for this price with adequate staff who do not do "lefties" in such vile ways. I won't get poorer from this, but they should have a hundred times less money and fewer customers!
