Great place! We lived on the second floor, with a white balcony! The room is dry, warm, we were in October! Mattress, blanket, room design, everything is fine! I slept well! It's quiet at night, away from the road and night riders)). Leo is really kind!

Very good location, close to beaches, market, canteens. Lev Nikolaevich is a kind-hearted man. The conditions are excellent! Right down to the safe in the room. The prices are acceptable.
