Such a clean, Decently friendly and fast staff, such a Jul I've never seen in a hotel, the dishes and desserts, the magnificent pools, the wonderful temperatures were very good, especially the thermal pools, between 38/40 degrees, exactly ideal. The bar in our room was free and very sufficient, our glass bottle of water was always in our room . There were drinks along with meals, and almost one waiter served each table. I stayed at a very 5 star hotel in Afyon, but I would never look at another hotel, except that everything was perfect ❤️

I really enjoyed my stay at NG Afyon Thermal & Spa Hotel! 🌿 The staff is polite and helpful, always ready to help. The food is delicious and varied. Special praise to the pastry chef . Delicious, varied desserts.The thermal pools are clean and comfortable, a great place to relax. The service is at a high level — everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Hot spring pools are of various kinds according to the needs.Its customers are more numerous in winter than in summer,and its occupancy is high on holidays.The hygiene situation is very good and the customer's point of view is also very good.Accommodation prices are at a level that most of our people can't pay, but I'd rather swim for two days in the thermal pool here for the same money than ski for a day in Uludağ.

It's a big hotel. The rooms are nice. There is a lot of food variety. Spa, indoor pool, gym are available. The staff is polite and likes to help. Actually, it's a place where there's a chance to get a little better. But I think it's quite enough, depending on what you're looking for. It is a great advantage that it is especially close to the Afyon Motorsports Center, which is located right behind the hotel. You are very comfortable following the activities carried out here. There is no need to take your car out of the garage.

Rooms are clean, pool clean, hygienic and well maintained there is a problem. The food is very nice and delicious, the breakfast is nice and varied, but the tea time, which is 15:30, I think, should be withdrawn to 13:30, the minibar is renewed every day, there is no drinking water problem.
