Hello dear tourists. The service in this hotel is very poor and inhospitable, I did not like the first day I was checked in, it was at night , we were put in a room for the disabled , we closed our eyes until the morning, ate in the morning as we changed the room, then the room is dirty, the window sills are dirty , there are practically no bathroom accessories, the TV is only in Turkish , there is no room drinking water, lighting is generally weak, Wi-Fi is weak, the sauna is constantly turned off , but the visit is included in the room rate , the safe does not work, I do not advise staying in this hotel. And there are no words about the restaurant, it is very cozy there, the restaurant staff is good.

Very cool hotel, we liked everything. The location is very convenient to public transport and attractions, close to shops and cafes, the hotel is clean everywhere, delicious breakfast on the 8th floor terrace overlooking the Bosphorus. We will be happy to come back again in sha hello. By the way, the prices are reasonable, which is important for a tourist

Отличный ресторан, ещё и на седьмом этаже, с прекрасной панорамой (даже в декабре). Вкусные завтраки. Доброжелательный персонал. Сауна, хамам, бассейн, тренажёрный зал. (Правда халата в номере не оказалось и чайника).
