The hotel is 5 minutes from the sea. Delicious breakfasts at Jones Restaurant, but every day it was all the same.
At the check-in, they talked about an extra bed for the child (for which I paid), as a result, only on the third day I managed to get it put in the room.
They came to celebrate and relax after my birthday, but the hotel, having found out this, tried very hard to congratulate me, at a time when a "do not disturb" sign hung on the door.
I wouldn't come to this hotel a second time. There are a lot of shortcomings in the service.

We had a tour without food, so I can't say anything about food. Otherwise, I really liked everything.
If you dig right in, then I would say that they do not wash the floors well, you can see it by the socks and if you try to wipe the floor with a damp cloth.

Very polite staff! Jamala, Amir, Davron, Zavadi. Take it with access to the lounge! Overpay a little, but breakfast and snacks from 15.30 to 17.30 and from 18.30 to 20.30. Snacks are almost a full meal! There's even soup! The kitchen was not needed, Against the background of prices in Dubai, it is very profitable! We were given a free late check-out. JBR Beach is a 4-minute walk away. A 24-hour supermarket is right in the courtyard.

We are staying at the hotel for the second time (previously it was called Ramada Plasa JBR) for the second time we settled in apartments on the 21st floor with a sea view!there are a lot of Russian-speaking staff this year! The apartments have everything to feel at home! To the sea and to Dubai marina 3 minutes on foot, many supermarkets nearby!

Rested from November 10-16, 2019. A room on the 12th floor with a gorgeous view. The staff is very friendly.All requests were fulfilled instantly.The food is excellent. Only positive emotions remained.I would like to come back again. We recommend it.
