At first, there was an opaque issue of prices and what is included in the services from a company representative. But after my complaint here, the client manager contacted me and did a great job!(Since what I came across initially is not the standard of the company). The case manager prepared the documents, a cover letter, and I received an appointment slot in Switzerland as a matter of urgency. It is important to clarify whether your package includes only recording, and recording + full support by a case manager. A good agency in case you need an urgent recording slot. Be prepared for high prices.
