Convenient location, services are upto date. However due to color of skin the staff may not be as kind to you if you are soft. Hence 4/5 stars.

Excellent location (if this is not your first time in Dubai). Great hotel. I liked the rooms, cleaning every day. The breakfasts are excellent. The best beach nearby. There is a transfer to the beach (if it is important). As I understand it, you don't need to sign up, but we didn't use it. The metro is just 3 minutes away. The second metro station is 10 minutes away. The hotel has a chic supermarket (excellent assortment of seafood). There is a McDonald's. There is a food court. In short, we really liked it). If it's important to anyone, there's a student. Reasonable prices for laundry (if you use a paid one). The kitchen has an excellent set of dishes (stove, refrigerator, oven).

Good location, 2 metro stations nearby. They take you to the best beach in Al Mamzar. We took a deluxe room, 2 rooms with a kitchen. Excellent cleaning, and overall the service is good. We checked in at 9 a.m. without any additional charges and checked out at 3 p.m. also without additional charges. There is a Russian-speaking staff member at the reception. There is a large supermarket downstairs where you can buy absolutely everything. The only thing I didn't like was the dinners. Indian cuisine. On the second day, the eyes did not look at their food. Fortunately, the room has a fully equipped kitchen with kitchen utensils. We cooked for ourselves whatever our hearts desired. There's meat, fish, chicken, and milk in the store downstairs. Next time, if we come here, we won't be taking dinners for sure. And, yes, this is the second time in this hotel. Perhaps not the last one.

In principle, the location of the hotel is very good, near metro, near Lulu hypermarket, it is the exchange of money from the hotel runs a Shuttle service to al Mamzar beach there at 9.00 am , back at 13.00, sign up is not necessary, only Wednesday and Monday, had to change locations, women's days, men are not allowed, close to previously went on a free beach now closed, the beach, island beach 🏖️ , not a bad parasols and sun loungers free of charge, there is a shower and toilet, a taxi to reach 70-80 dirham away, the beach, La Mer is not advised, showers are closed , the water is green , flowers, taxi back 100 dirham, the beach, Jumeirah beach 2 is not bad, showers, 🤔 but far from the hotel, we had Breakfast only, standard for three, wasn't hungry, the rooms are not bad, everything is there for living, bed linen white without holes, all replenished every day , an iron with Ironing Board, which is very convenient that do not like cleaning all the time, not in time will come from the beach, the room is not cleaned, just start to take a shower bell 🔔 maid arrived, had a couple of times to get out and wait, when will be removed, and the holiday was a success 👍 in this hotel again would go back, right next to the airport ✈️, but the silence of the aircraft is not heard, but the hotel take налог10 dirham per night, we liked the hotel.

Excellent budget hotel in Deira. Clean. Quiet. The staff is polite and friendly. Close to the metro, which is a huge plus! You can get anywhere in Dubai without spending money on a taxi. There is a supermarket and a McDonald's in the hotel building. A very cozy pool area - sun beds, towels are provided, the pool itself is clean and small. There are rooms with a kitchen. But the biggest plus of the hotel is the transfer to Al Mamzar beach!

I've been to the hotel twice. Both times in the apartment. The hotel is urban, in the business center. There are shops below: a small market and salons of women's dresses for the exit (with a fit). I took fresh shrimps for lunch or dinner at the store and cooked them in an oven. Mostly people live on business trips, it's better not to dress like they're going to the beach. The breakfasts are good, the assortment is small, but satisfying. There is a bus from the hotel to Al-Mamzar Beach Park: there are several flights there in the morning, and back by 12. The beach is paid, it was $ 2, you can get to it through a gorgeous well-kept park, there is also a free one, but Arabs can bother there. The staff is friendly. They always brought me a gift from the hotel when I checked in. Fruits, cookies.)) Tea leaves are in the room, even instant coffee in a single package. The location of the hotel is very convenient. A supermarket is a 7-minute walk away, and a metro station is 2 minutes away. Half an hour to Burj Khalifa. In general, I liked the hotel, the savings in transportation are significant compared to the beach ones, from where you can only get out by taxi.

Hello everyone, I want to write a review about the hotel, we spent there 5 nights, we arrived at the hotel at 12 us without a word, and settled, did not even take money 50 AED on the first day, I was told to exchange dollars for dirhams give the rooms are clean, if you request, such as water, toilet paper, shampoos, never refused, they have their own outlet or as we have, so that reception head adapters, the food is generally of luxury which food just does not have one for Breakfast and the bacon and cheese not expensive copy, juices straight, reaching out to people I have not seen any where leading bus to the beach from 9. 00-13.00,Monday and Wednesday women's days, men are not allowed on the beach, so keep that in mind, the hotel has a shop, we always purchase there, they took the fresh shrimp and I asked the boys to brush, juices, fresh sell food which is only no shorter Basik also 4 so to relax, chitlange with mattresses, a fire to take it is not necessary in the morning to run and throw the towel)))), on the ground floor Mall to exchange money dollars into dirhams, there exchanger on metro al Hajj short summary of a hotel transcripts we loved it and will complement we got evicted, we asked 14 to keep the room as the departure we have 14. 30 reception in short I recommend this hotel, and if you do not want to go to the beach at 13.00 back to the hotel bus, which is where the Park stops sit on 28 and then transplant at 17 and you at metro al Hajj, and a 2-minute walk of the hotel.

A great budget option! It's a long way from the center, 40 minutes to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, but the metro is literally a two-minute walk away. There are also decent cafes nearby, currency exchanges, a shopping center and a food court on the ground floor of the hotel. The airport is also literally 10 minutes away, but there are no planes in sight. Every day, a free shuttle service from the hotel takes you to the pristine Al Mamzar Beach, and there is also a shuttle service to the Dubai Mall. The breakfasts are very diverse, everyone will find something to suit their taste, every morning there were hash browns, pastries, omelets, vegetables, fruits, yoghurts, cereals, boiled eggs, cupcakes, juices, tea, coffee, French toast and much, much more. The rooms have a small but very functional kitchen, with pans, pots, a toaster, a kettle, and a refrigerator. We bought shrimps in the store downstairs, they cleaned them for us there, and we fried them in the room) The staff is very friendly and helpful! We were brought to the hotel at 10 a.m., and they checked in from 3 p.m., but we were immediately checked in without any extra charges! We also needed a third pillow and a second robe, and we were provided with everything right away. Robes with holes, of course, but I was very pleased with their presence. Towels were changed every day, bed linen on demand, in general, I rate the quality of cleaning at 7 out of 10: the bathroom was not cleaned every time, and the floors were washed every other day. The rooms themselves are very large and spacious, very comfortable mattresses, a large roomy wardrobe with lighting, a makeup table, a large TV, ironing facilities and other benefits of civilization. I was especially pleased with the audibility - for all 11 days we did not hear anyone from the neighboring rooms) The Internet was weak, but it worked) Free laundry service, helpful receptionists, a cute little rooftop pool, a very modern fitness club This hotel has one big disadvantage: it is very easy to get lost in it, even if there are a lot of signs) otherwise, we are happy with our stay in Al Bustan and would like to return again!

A great hotel for your money. It feels like 4 rather than 3 stars. The breakfast is good, not too varied, but everything is there and everyone has enough I do not advise you to take lunch and dinner with vouchers, I did not like it at all, we ate there once and did not do it anymore Very nice staff at the hotel, they all prompt, help, gave an adapter for charging, the safe was broken - it was fixed within 15 minutes after contacting The room was nice, the kitchen was very useful, sometimes they cooked in the room. Water was put on every day, although they are not required, cleaning is not always perfect, but towels are changed every day and even dishes were washed sometimes.... Transfer to the beach is super, very convenient, if you want to leave the beach later, there is a regular bus for 3 dirhams to the next metro station, from there 10 minutes on foot, or you can also go to the Lulu hypermarket for lunch :) We went to the free beach almost all the time (5 minutes from the paid one), it's also great and pleasant there, but it's fun to take pictures on the paid one, but not on women's days (it's forbidden) The pool is questionable, small, but taking into account the other advantages, it did not bother much In general, the feelings are only positive, thanks to the hotel staff for a great stay! I can safely recommend this hotel)

The hotel is decent, a good four Comfortable rooms with cold floors There is a kitchen in the room, you can cook dinner and lunch yourself, so it's enough to take only breakfast. They give you an adapter for an outlet if you ask for free If there is something missing in the room, you can ask the reception to provide on demand (window handle, toilet paper, water..) The location is gorgeous, there are many shops and a metro station nearby. Free transfer to Al Mamzar beach, entrance to the beach is paid, five dirhams per person But it's worth it, you get to choose from one of five beaches, clean coast, sand, lifeguards... There is a park near the beach with a huge territory where you can make a barbecue. There are a lot of locals who come to the weekend with families and companies for recreation. There are umbrellas on the beach, towels to bring with you, there are no sun beds No matter how many people come, they all go to the beaches and it seems that you are alone on the beach, high

A wonderful hotel! He remained in it, participating in the conference on November 5-10, 2024. The rooms accommodated several people - a large living room with a sofa, upholstered armchairs, a large dining table; a kitchen with all necessary utensils; two bedrooms (two single beds and one large); two bathrooms with a bathtub + shower - it was very spacious and comfortable! A good buffet restaurant: a large selection for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Beautiful conference room. Friendly staff. The hotel has a swimming pool and a gym with a sauna, which can be used for free! A few steps from the hotel there is a metro station. On the ground floor there is a food court with various cafes, including McDonald's! I know that the review turned out to be too perfect, but in reality everything was really wonderful!

The room is pretty tired. We took accommodation with breakfast and dinner. This hotel does not have a restaurant or cafe, we were told that we would be eating on the territory of the food court of the shopping center, which is located on the ground floor of the same building. The food left much to be desired. There was nothing delicious during the week of our stay, and there was no variety of dishes. Most of the time they ate outside the territory. The hotel itself is quite far away, but there is a metro nearby.

We were in Dubai for the first time, we chose a budget vacation option. The hotel is not bad, there is a two-room room for three people, electric stove, toaster, refrigerator, dishes, TV. We took an adapter to an outlet with us (I read that they can give it to the reception, but they bought it at home) and a window handle. The breakfasts are normal (omelet, scrambled eggs, sausages, porridge, cake, vegetables and fruits are a poor choice. But basically everything is fine, I'm not hungry. The sea was cold, so I don't think it's worth going in February. We took 2 excursions- a sightseeing tour of Dubai, and the Emirates + swimming in the Indian Ocean- a cheaper tour from the guides who go around the hotel (more expensive from the travel agency). There are no alcoholic beverages, only specialty stores, but you have to go there (taxi, subway). Some were purchased at duty-free on arrival. The pool is warm, but small and shallow, more for children and only one, although there have always been places. There is a paid and free beach, we went to a paid one once, the park is of course beautiful to the beach, but the beach itself is not very good, the view of the sea is some kind of stones, like in Gelendzhik. Nice hotel, located 3 minutes from the green line station Al-Nahda. The rooms are apartments with a kitchen and an electric stove, a small refrigerator, and no washing machine. Breakfast is a buffet, with a small selection, but really there is enough of everything. They roast waffles and fried eggs, and fruits every day. There is an excellent supermarket in the hotel building, and a 10-minute walk away is the huge LULu hypermarket, where prices are lower. The Burj Holy Fa is a 40-45-minute drive from the hotel, and the Ferris Wheel is a 1-hour drive away. I recommend it!

I've been there more than once. I monitored and bought vouchers with good discounts. I like the price-quality ratio. An apartment with a kitchen and a set of necessary utensils. The room is cleaned , but without straining. The breakfasts are monotonous and satisfactory. On the ground floor there is a good supermarket, a McDonald's and some other fasfut. We didn't go. We bought ready-made food in the supermarket and warmed it up in the room and went to the cafe. Morning bus to Al Mamzar beach. The beach is paid, inexpensive and it's worth it. There's a public beach nearby, but it's a little dirty. Near the hotel there is a metro stop, supermarkets, currency exchangers. The hotel has a small swimming pool. We went once, on the day of arrival, as we didn't have time to catch the bus to the beach. There is also a gym, hammam, sauna. The staff speaks English. There were no problems. There is no safe in the room. A free cell is provided when contacting the reception.

The first thing I would like to write about is: do not choose this hotel if you plan to have an active vacation here with visits to many places, and if you plan to travel by metro. It takes about an hour to get to the city center, an hour and a half to get to the Dubai Marina, and 2 hours to get to the MotionGate amusement park. The problem of long trips is compounded by the fact that the subway is almost always crowded here: you have to ride standing up, and after a whole day on your feet it's very difficult. Plus, there were times when it took about 5 times to get on the train, because there was no physical space, trains do not travel often. By car, the travel time (according to the navigator) is 2 times less, so for those who will rent a car, I think they will not see any big problems with movement (this is an assumption). It is necessary to choose a hotel for those who come here to lie on the sand by the sea, take a walk around the neighborhood and just relax. This is the first advantage of the hotel, the daily transfer to the Al-Mamzar Beach park. There is a free and paid (5 dirhams) beach. Buses take you away at 9 a.m. and pick you up at 1 p.m. It sounds convenient, but in winter, when we were there (on December 20th), it was cool at that time, and it's probably better to go there at lunch or in the late afternoon (we were there only 2 times in the morning, because we didn't have time, we wanted to visit other places). The second advantage of the place is that the hotel is relatively inexpensive, and for the money you get a good room (although the closet certainly didn't smell very nice inside, but there were no complaints about the rest: the bed is large and comfortable, the illuminated mirrors are cool, a large TV where you can watch YouTube after a hard day on your feet; the room is spacious and has a kitchen with dishes and appliances, which can save money if you want to cook something). There were no complaints about the daily cleaning, the water was also renewed every day, although they wrote on a piece of paper at the entrance that it was issued only once. On the ground floor of the hotel there is a shopping center, where there is a supermarket (you can buy large shrimp for 20 dirhams, and all kinds of exotic fruits, there is no alcohol), McDonald's and various shops. Lunches and dinners from the hotel can be obtained here at the food court (it looks like a canteen). The peculiarity is that you need to leave the hotel and go through the shopping center, on the first day it was just difficult to figure out where to eat. Otherwise, just come up and tell me the room number at the checkout. Lunch and dinner are not great, but you can eat normally, you get the first, second, vegetables, a drink, a plate of cold fruits and you can take a cake. The breakfasts are served in the restaurant next to the food court, and I liked them. The food is delicious, maybe not very diverse, but we didn't get tired of it during the week and went to them with pleasure, while we even missed dinner once and didn't really regret it. The hotel staff is very friendly and courteous. If you ask, they give you an adapter (we brought an extension cord with us, so there were no problems with charging), and they open and close the window, which you can't close yourself, ostensibly for security reasons. On the very first day, they asked to open it and we lived like this for a week, without air conditioning, because it was no longer hot outside. The hotel also has a small swimming pool and a fitness room, for which I can't say anything because I haven't been there.

We just got home from Dubai yesterday. We were at this hotel. The location is good, the metro and bus are 5 minutes away at a quiet pace. There is a grocery store on the 1st floor, the prices are adequate, even there is fresh seafood. It's a long way to the sea, but we were transported for free, it took 15-20 minutes on the road in both directions. Friendly staff, we checked in immediately upon arrival (we didn't wait for time), we also checked out later, we asked for it (because the flight was late), we were allowed to stay until 14.30, instead of 12.00 The room is nice, we really liked it, with a kitchenette and cooking facilities. A large TV with more than 60 channels, 3 were definitely Russian, which is very nice, although there was no time to watch them, but they turned on for the background. A clean, tidy bathroom. The breakfasts were good, you could choose what you liked. Every day there are 4 types of fruits, 2 types of juice, pastries, 2-3 types of cheeses, they were even vegetarian.x1

I chose a hotel based on reviews, and was disappointed upon arrival. On my dates, the hotel wasn't very budget friendly, and I expected the best for the money. I'll start with the pros 1. Very close to the beautiful Al Mamzar beach, there is a free shuttle service from the hotel every day. 2. Close to the subway, McDonald's, supermarket with fresh fruits and everything you need (except ready meals). 3. Good breakfasts. Once I found stale milk (it curdled when added to coffee), it was immediately changed and fixed. 4. The friendliest of the staff is the suitcase porter. It's a plus for him. 5. You can change the currency at the hotel, at an unfavorable exchange rate, but I had an emergency and it helped. Minuses - 1. The view from the window is directly into the wall of the window into the windows. In other words, your window will always be tightly closed. 2. There was a peculiar sour smell in the room where I was checked in. On the second day, I found a small cockroach on the floor. That was the last straw! I asked them to move me to another room - They showed me other rooms, from which I concluded that they were all the same. I moved to the fourth floor, But after moving, I discovered that the shower was not working properly (Weak pressure, broken plumbing). And I need to wash my hair. Of course, I didn't have any strength to move again, so I had to put up with it. The toilet didn't go down well either, so I had to put up with it. 3. The pool is small but pleasant, the bottom has strong height differences. But the disadvantage is that it only works until 18:00. 4. There is a kitchen, but there is no microwave in it. The staff is not exactly friendly. No one here is trying to please you or at least pretend to be interested. No one has ever wished for a pleasant day . Not a smile , nothing . At my request to provide a bathrobe and slippers, they carried it for a very long time, they called several times. It 's good that you brought it ! The floor is cold . A dental kit was also brought on request. The hotel is 85% populated by Russians. Burj Khalifa and all its beauty are 1 hour away by metro or 35 minutes by taxi (I recommend the Careem taxi app). I like to go to the center for all kinds of traffic, it was a very long time for me, to lose 2 hours a day and come back exhausted. If you came for a cool beach, then it will be nearby. There is also a Dubai Frame nearby, and there is an observation deck.

The hotel is more for locals. It is not located in a tourist area — this is both a plus and a minus at the same time. There are no cafes or attractions nearby, but the best beach is 7-10 minutes away by shuttle, which goes to the beach every day and back. The beach is paid, but very well maintained and sparsely populated. Sun beds and umbrellas are also available for a fee. The rooms are tired with a peculiar smell of incense. The air conditioners are excellent. The cleaning is excellent, every day. They give out a liter of water for two people. Breakfast is familiar to us, there is plenty to choose from. Voucher-based dinners at the food court in the same building. Unfortunately, the food is only Indian, I couldn't eat. There's also a McDonald's, but we didn't go there. There is a supermarket, there is a large selection, they regularly took something from food or household supplies, as there are few hygiene kits and they did not really like them. The staff is incredibly polite and helpful. The metro is just a few minutes away, which is also very convenient. The pool and gym were not used. In general, it's not bad, especially since the price is lower than for hotels in the same Marina. But I probably wouldn't have chosen him a second time.

Hello, I would like to share my impressions, we had a rest with a child in April, I liked the hotel in general, the breakfasts were delicious, the pastries too, we had breakfast and dinner, dinner can be replaced with lunch, the food for dinner and lunch is delicious, but it's too hot, the choice is of course small, but there is something to eat, the second time I wouldn't take lunch or dinner, it's easier to buy groceries myself at the supermarket on the 1st floor, I would like to mention the 2 waiters from the food court who didn't like them at all, sometimes they do their own business and problems when you stand and wait for them to serve you, I'll attach a photo of one waitress, I would like her to be taught how to serve and work, otherwise, everything is fine, the room is good, they take you to the beach super, there are women's days, Tuesday is Wednesday, women with boys are allowed up to 6 years old, all the guys are great at the reception, the only thing is to be prepared that you can get lost in the hotel

The hotel's very comfortable location is near the metro and not far from the airport - it took half an hour to walk with a suitcase. I liked that it wasn't in a tourist area, as there are local supermarkets nearby with reasonable prices. The hotel's service is also very good, with frequent cleaning, delicious breakfasts and courteous staff. The rooms are quite comfortable and cozy, despite their prostate. Of the cons, the hotel is probably a little old against the backdrop of a tourist metropolis, but the price justifies it.

A great option for your money. The only downside: it's a little old. But at the same time, the furniture is all comfortable and clean, the staff is very friendly. The pool is small, but clean and warm. There are few sun beds, but there are almost always free ones. The breakfasts are not very extensive, but everything is fresh, delicious, and you can choose something. It's really cool that the building has both a supermarket and a McDonald's. You can always come up with something with food. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the metro in one direction and 10 minutes in the other. Yes, it's a long way from Burj Khalifa. It took us exactly an hour to get from the room to the fountains by metro. A clean ride of just over half an hour of that. Al Mamzar is beautiful, let's definitely go back there. We went to Deira Mall, to Sharjah, to walk along the Creek, etc. it doesn't take long to get to these places. I would like to say a special thanks to the hotel for the early check-in. We arrived at the hotel at 7 a.m., exhausted. At 8 we were escorted to our room.

The most friendly, responsive, professional in his field. He helped us solve all our issues during our stay at the hotel. Fadi, thank you! Normally for your money - a brief description of the hotel. We chose an inexpensive option that includes only breakfast. We went out together at the end of November. About everything in order. The hotel staff is quite loyal, we arrived early, and checked us in at 9 a.m. without any additional charges (as well as checked out of the hotel when it was convenient for us). 10 dirhams/day tourist fee, to be paid on site in cash. The staff is English-speaking, so it's a great opportunity to improve your level of spoken English. They were supposed to settle us no higher than the second floor, but they gave us a room on the third (as I understand it, there is a division into rooms for smokers and non-smokers) overlooking the courtyard. The room has a bed, smart TV, air conditioning, kitchen with a small two-burner stove, toaster, kettle, extractor hood. All cutlery is 2 pieces each. The pot and frying pan are not in perfect condition, it is clear that they have already lived. There was nothing additional (such as salt, pepper, oil, spices, detergent, dish sponge), so either take your own, or you need to buy it in the store, although they will cost a tidy sum, taking into account the price list of the country. But, as I understand it, this does not stop people much, since, basically, guests do not visit the hotel for the first time. The room is very stuffy, the window does not open because there is no handle. There is no ventilation, respectively, things dry for several days. In the room, as in the whole hotel, there is a rich smell of Arab oils, apparently. It should be borne in mind that the outlets there are not European. They gave one adapter at the reception. It is somewhat problematic to charge several devices in turn. The room service does its job by five points. The room is clean enough, water, tea (it is so disgusting that it is better to buy another one), sugar were replenished daily. Towels were changed every few days. During the week we were there, the bedding was not changed, and it was not necessary. The breakfasts are standard and classic, nothing special, as in all other hotels in other countries. We didn't leave there hungry. From the inconvenient: breakfast from 7 to 10:30, transfer to the sea at 9 a.m. (three buses departing one after another with a short interval, so there is enough space for everyone) and back at 13:00. It feels like only Russians go to the sea. The beach is 10 out of 10. They bring you to the paid Al mamzar beach with two women's days a week, but a five-minute walk from it is not a bit inferior to the free one without any restrictions. There are no sun loungers, but you can comfortably sit under a palm tree in the shade. The sea is very warm, you can see fish, crabs, starfish, cuttlefish, shellfish. The coastline is long, not a paddling pool. If you do not use the transfer, there are two buses with transfers, taxis about 30-40 dirhams one way. The hotel is located five minutes from the metro station, which is very convenient for tourists. Al Nahada Station. But! It takes about an hour to get to the main attractions by metro only. The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, and we are tired of public transport during our vacation. It is better to read about the need to buy Nol cards for transport in advance and the available tariffs. On the ground floor of the hotel there is a good supermarket with everything you need. Fruits are 10 out of 10, the price is lower than in Russia. We tried a bunch of mango varieties. The hotel also has a swimming pool, sauna, gym. Everything seems to be free, but they were not used, so I can't comment in any way. Conclusions. In principle, there are enough breakfasts, because you leave the hotel for the whole day, since it is located very far from everything, and you eat anyway in another place. There are few transfers to the sea. Not everyone wants to wake up every morning with an alarm clock to have breakfast and catch the bus to the sea. The kitchen in the room is not functional. There is enough pasta with sausages to cook, but there are not enough resources, dishes and various extras for some delicious dish. The staff is friendly, smiling, ready to solve your question at any time of the day (if you were able to say what you need in English). Will we come here again? Probably not. It all comes down to finances, of course, but, in my opinion, it is better to add funds by taking a hotel on the first coastline and with its own beach and, preferably, with another meal. Cooking takes a lot of time, effort and financial resources. Also, the hotel is already asking for renovation. Despite the cleanliness and efforts, it is clear that the furniture and other things are already tired, which makes certain impressions.

We liked it, it was clean, the metro is close, the al nahda green line station, the shuttle takes you to the al mamzar beach, the entrance is 5 dirhams per person, the breakfasts are good, there is plenty to choose from. The pool was not used, tennis was played, on the 4th floor, the net is not very high, the ball flew away once. The staff is friendly, do not forget that they do not have sockets like ours, for some reason the travel agency did not tell, the sockets have 3 rectangular pins.

I'll write right away, the review is not registered. I have rested in many places, but I have never seen such a wonderful attitude of the staff towards tourists. I am very grateful for a wonderful week in Al Bustan. Firstly, we were checked in immediately; secondly, we were allowed to leave tomorrow at three o'clock in the afternoon, we were allowed to stay, thereby we still stayed quietly on the beach and the transfer would bring us to lunch, which, by the way, we were also happy to change with another day that we were absent from the hotel (we were the whole day on an excursion). The kitchen is in the room, everything is there for cooking. The supermarket is downstairs, take it, buy it and cook. The shrimp will even be cleaned at the market.. The sea is 29, the air temp is 30. We rested and spent 100% of our time. The metro is nearby, so no problem. The food is on the food court, you have to walk a couple of meters, but it's not scary at all. It's very tasty, the portions are huge. The fish is wonderful. Look for her cons. Just take a good mood with you and the rest will be wonderful. Next year I will go to Al Bustan, well, if the prices do not rise. Yes, and I will recommend this hotel to all my friends.

Nice hotel. It is very convenient that the supermarket is very close in the same building as the hotel. The food court is in this building. McDuck. The room is beautiful, clean at the entrance. They take you to the best beach for free. Everyone is smiling. The metro is very close. They took a pen for the window, but they didn't need it. We took the adapter to the outlet and the extension cord with us. They were very useful. But they don't clean well. They put up a sign asking to get out, just adjusted the blanket. I could have done that myself. The garbage from their old ironing board is still lying on the floor, etc. The floor is dirty, they don't wash it, you don't walk barefoot. The water is not replenished until you ask for it. Paper too. The air conditioner blows strongly directly onto the bed. The breakfast is not tasty. The pool is very cold. I don't understand why. Why do they pour cold water there... It's too hot on the sunbed, it's too cold in the pool :(

We had a vacation in January 2025. Advantages: The price. It is very inexpensive for Dubai. Pleasant and friendly staff. There is a large supermarket on the 1st floor, two more across the street. On the 1st floor there is a food court and a McDonald's 24/7, and there is also a food court across the street. There is a metro station 5 minutes away. Quite close to the beach and Al Mamzar Park, there is a shuttle or 15 minutes by taxi. Cons: the rooms are too shabby. And there was always an unpleasant smell from the garbage collector on the floor.

There are no Russian-speaking employees. The transfer is organized from 9-13, it turns out that you can only swim for three hours, which is very short. Plus, there is a metro and shops nearby, the staff is friendly, they clean every day

We lived in three-room apartments, two bathrooms, two bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen. The room is normal, tired. Cleaned decently. The breakfast was normal, and there was plenty of food. We took dinner and regretted it very much, the food was spicy, some kind of mess. Fruits and dessert are only normal. They were very sorry. You can cook in the room, everything is available. The store is downstairs. The hotel is far from the sights, only the safari park is close, the subway is crowded. Taxis are expensive and they try to take longer, even through the app. The beach nearby is great, repairs are free now, after that there will be a super beach with sports areas and cafes. The area itself is old and unsurprising. There are a lot of evening dress shops in the hotel, it's very beautiful, like at the exhibition, I'm not sure about the quality, the styles were interesting.

It is located a 2-minute walk from the metro, which is very good. The hotel itself is clean, pleasant, and the reception is always ready to help. The breakfasts are of the same type, but delicious. The only drawback is that there is nowhere else to eat besides McDonald's, KFS and a small restaurant on the 1st floor. If there is no adapter for an outlet, you can get it at the reception, as well as with a window handle. But it's better to have everything of your own.

Convenient location, the metro is 5 minutes on the left, and 15 minutes on the right. there is a LuLu where you can buy groceries, there is also an exchanger on the way you can buy clothes for children and adults, in the 1st floor hotel. a large selection for breakfast and a grocery store, a 15-minute transfer to Al Mamzar beach. From 9 to 13.00 , there is a swimming pool , sauna, gym, the only thing is a lot of rooms on the floors, so as not to get confused, it's better to go into the same elevator in your block😉have a good rest and mood

The rooms are cozy, but not everything was cleanly cleaned upon check-in. It feels like they didn't dust or wash the plumbing before our arrival. The kitchen has everything you need to cook or warm up food. The hotel is well located - the metro is really only 250 meters away. Very good breakfasts. They try to fulfill the requests of the guests as soon as possible. I would stop again.

There is a place to work out, a swimming pool. The metro is nearby. They take you to the sea in the morning by bus, and pick you up at lunchtime. My wife and I liked it.

Great hotel, you didn't notice the cons. The metro station is two minutes away, you can get to a lot of places on your own, there is a small Lulu shopping center nearby in 10 minutes, you can buy something there. The hotel is large, there are a lot of rooms, at first we were a little confused, the breakfasts are wonderful, it's convenient that they take us to the beach from 7 a.m., 15-20 minutes to go

A good hotel, the breakfasts are super, the location is excellent, there is transport from the hotel to the beach. They offer discount coupons for the food court, but today the cost has increased by almost 60%. There is a supermarket on site. The staff solves all issues in the shortest possible time.

We were at the end of December! This is a great hotel! I would give him 4* instead of 3*, it usually happens the other way around! Positive: - there are no planes at all! - I'll tell you right away, because we were worried about it ourselves. - it is very close to the metro, which was important for us, since we moved around the city mainly by metro, taxis are expensive. - excellent food! But the conclusion is only with regard to breakfast. The breakfasts are quite plentiful, although not very diverse, but once a week some positions changed. Even people on proper nutrition have something to eat! -the rooms are clean, the towels and linen are clean, the bed and bedding are very comfortable, the kitchen was nice. Cleaning was 7 days out of 8 stays. The interior of the hotel, although not the most modern, still looked simple, decent and pleasing to the eye. -the service is on the level! Everyone is friendly, neatly dressed and always ready to help and solve any problem! - the nearest beach is excellent, both paid and free, which buses regularly went from the hotel, you could always climb. -there is a great supermarket Lulu at 1 stop, we saved ourselves there with ready-made food and vegetables/fruits when we had the opportunity to eat at home -swimming pool in the courtyard with free towels -free sauna and fitness -supermarket inside the hotel Cons (they were not critical for us at all, but they may be important for you): -the district itself is a quarter of Hindus and Pakistanis, this did not bother us at all, since we treat other nations calmly and plus it is as safe as possible in Dubai, even at night it is quiet among poor neighborhoods -there are no normal cafes in the area, only fast food - a very small pool, although there was enough space for everyone. The sun doesn't shine on him all day -periodic problems with Wi-Fi, if you try to connect more than 2 devices, it is better not to do this, otherwise you will have to run to the reception later. According to the rules of the hotel, initially only 2 devices can be connected
