We recently visited a hookah shop to pick up a pre-ordered ready-made set. Unfortunately, our impression of the service turned out to be very weak. We asked the seller to tell us about the equipment, show us and advise us something, but he answered without much interest and showed a clearly unperturbed attitude. When choosing charcoal and tobacco, the situation did not improve — the seller simply dictated a list of flavors, without showing any desire to help or give recommendations, especially considering that we are new to this business. When we asked for specific advice, he replied that everyone has different tastes. There were two people in the store: a girl who didn't even look up when we entered, and a man who clearly didn't care if we were going to buy something or not. In general, we are disappointed with the quality of the service and, most likely, we will come here again only if necessary, and this time I highly recommend not to expect professional advice. We took our own kit, tobacco and coal too.
