Positive. The sea, the green area, responsive bartenders in numerous bars. Not a bad kitchen. Well, a wonderful water park.
Minuses. There are a lot of guests, there is a long queue for food at themed dinners. The extractor hood in the toilet did not work in the room, we went to the reception every day as if to work with a request to fix aphids to relocate. To no avail. The furniture and generally the renovation of the room were... tired. The child contracted pneumonia, which the local doctor did not recognize. On the first day, there were only three songs at the mini-disco, and then they didn't indulge in dancing either.
For the same money, you can find a much better hotel

In principle, a good hotel. Good accommodation service. Magnificent green area. Nice pools. In the evenings, the show, laser and foam party are excellent, the theater is very average, the concerts are from average to good.
Nice pools, especially in the water park.

There are enough sun beds by the sea and by the pools.

This is not a premium, an ordinary five.
The service in restaurants and bars is a quiet horror. For a long time, without understanding the basics of the service, with outright deception and ignoring the requests of tourists.
I'll give you a couple of examples: the main restaurant, they constantly bring very heavily diluted tea. We approach, pour it ourselves. A waiter appears and offers to help. We say OK, but do not dilute it (Kyrgyz, understands and speaks Russian perfectly). We look, it dilutes anyway, closing its back on us. It brings. We ask, did you dilute it? He looks us in the eye and lies about not diluting it.
I order the waiter a bloody Mary without vodka, I say, without alcohol. After about half an hour, he brings me some kind of light green stuff. To the question of what it answers - well, it's a cocktail, non-alcoholic.
Well, the shuttle bus works terribly. Sometimes he drives, sometimes he doesn't, there is no schedule, you always have to catch him. Well, you put 2 shuttles, since one is not enough.
In general, everything except the service is good, we had a good rest, but the little things described certainly pissed us off, especially the shuttle bus.
In the service, you need to put things in order in a serious way and the animation is three-fold. None in fact. Entertain yourself.

I love this hotel, I've vacationed with children twice, a very large beautiful territory, excellent animation for both children and adults, good service, food, drinks, a cool area of the water park, it's very nice for adults to relax there while the children ride down the slides. There are two disadvantages, the sand on the beach is not very pleasant, a little rocky since it is Kemer and the price of the hotel is high.

This is the best hotel in Turkey that we have been to. I highly recommend a room with access to the pool - it is very comfortable and quiet, you can swim even at night. In the afternoon, drinks and snacks are brought to the pool by the room from the nearest bar. The water park is very cool for any age. The beach is great. The most important thing for families with children is a children's center with a large playground and many rooms, from a maze to a lego set, which (which is rare in Turkey) does not close for lunch, but works continuously until 23 hours. Lunch is served directly at the club.

This is our first trip to Turkey. The room was in a two-storey house, family, 2 rooms with private access to the pool (1st floor). There are a lot of advantages, however, for the money that was paid, there should have been no disadvantages.. The room is beautiful, if you can refresh it, it would be great (a question for the shower in the evening, maybe just take a contrast shower without your desire, the drain works very poorly). The rooms were cleaned daily, Bulgari's cosmetics were changed on request, they didn't always report if you didn't ask. The bathrobes and slippers were changed regularly. The mini bar was replenished regularly. The pool was large and comfortable, with sea water and heating (separate + for heating, we swam even at night), near mini bars with drinks and ice cream, take as much as you want. Good, comfortable and high-quality deck chairs, and there are more than enough of them)) the territory is green, well maintained, beautiful! There's a lot of food, whatever you want, the fish is wonderful, the meat is mostly the same, the pastries are delicious, but they can't cook shrimp and crayfish (they're tasteless, they're just cooked without any additives).. they will fix it and there will be a huge +, as many vegetables and fruits as you want and different) The beach is close, large, there are more sun beds than you need and also high-quality towels, take and change as many towels as you need at least every 10 minutes, mini bars with drinks and cafes with food included in the price right on the beach, you do not need to return to the territory and go to the main restaurant, just the dumplings. Why did they need to be so spoiled, why?)) Invite a Russian chef to this position, he will stick it on you so that you eat, and not leave it in the plates ... The sea, the wonderful sea, so pleasant that you don't want to go out at all. There are several places to rinse off, the only question about the beach is the bottom, the big stones are certainly not pleasant, aquashoos are needed. We didn't take it and it wasn't pleasant to go in/out. The water park is wonderful, the children were ready to swim there for days, there is also a restaurant on site, included in the price, very convenient.
There were evening programs, but we didn't go to them, I can't say anything, other people attended. There are also many different types of entertainment events, people went, those who like active recreation on the territory will come to them. In general, the territory is huge, there is even a tennis court. We were with 3 small children and wanted a lazy vacation)
The playground here is generally terrible... I did not expect, I could not have thought that such a hotel could afford to disgrace itself on this part.🤦🏼♀️ Are you a family hotel, but it's not a budget hotel at all, they come to you with children, and what do we see?!? Broken swings and slides, toys that have seen a lot and clearly should be somewhere, but not here!! In general, our children went once and refused to go again.
The representative of the tour operator at the hotel is a different story.. he licks you like he wants to eat you, I understand they need to be in a different role, but not like that, not at all, my husband got tired of this show and he just left.. it is better not to squeeze out of yourself and not creep like a cat in the spring, not everyone needs to be licked)) Just a pleasant conversation in a good mood would be more than enough.
We went on a fur coat tour, spent half a day. The prices are the same as ours. After walking around the mini markets, we found out that in Turkey, a thing that differs from the original by 3-4 points is not considered a fake That's why the original Loro Piano is there, of course it's 3 times cheaper, with documents and much more)) In general, shopping was disappointing, take everything you need to buy at home, it's expensive there.

Super! Excellent hotel, service, infrastructure, food, pools, beach, large fitness room, games room. Everything is thought out. The food is served around the clock, most of the staff are Russian speakers. Excellent evening animation, and after 23.00 silence, disco indoors, so no noise. The children didn't want to leave. Everything is great! A small minus: the notification is only about the evening animation. There is also animation throughout the day, but we did not find such information about what and at what time. Animators go around, gather people, but they didn't know in advance where everything was. But they didn't suffer much, they had a lot of fun. Vacationing with family and relatives in October 2024
Beautiful territory. Lots of greenery, good infrastructure.
The hotel itself is tired. The quality of the staff is mediocre. The room was poorly cleaned. Five dollars in tips a day didn't help the situation in any way.
The kitchen is good, but those who were there before said that everything had deteriorated compared to the previous year.
Limited selection of free beer (even Corona for the money).
Cocktails at the bar are very eye-catching. Four Bloody Mary in one order - four different drinks. Even I couldn't do that.

An excellent hotel for adults and children, many pools (one heated pool), a water park is not new, but a lot of different slides for children and adults, delicious food, imported alcohol for every taste, non-intrusive animation (everyone will find it to their liking), fireworks, a children's club for children from early morning until late evening ( a lot of games for any age, safe ) the whole family is delighted, we will definitely go, the only sea in the middle of May was not particularly warm, and by the end of the holiday we swam with the children.
Minus one, we rested for only 12 days.

A wonderful hotel for a holiday with children! A huge green area, a gorgeous water park, which is almost always open. The water park has its own restaurant where you can have lunch.
A large beach and sun beds are located at such a distance that other vacationers do not interfere.
The only drawback is that there is no restaurant 24/7. Because of this, there is a queue for lunch and dinner for the opening.
Great evening shows!!! On Saturdays there is a gala concert with the best fireworks in Kemer!!!

A very nice hotel, lots of greenery and entertainment locations.
I recommend it for families with children - a great mini club (you can leave children from 10 to 23 o'clock), a great city with an aquapark.
The beach is very decent - sand, good access to the sea.

This is the best hotel! We rest in Turkey 16 times, the hotels are always luxury, but this one unconditionally took 1st place in the list.
Territory. Gorgeous!!! The houses are beautiful, the lawns and trees are well maintained, you will not see a single dry leaf!
The pools are clean, the bars are so conveniently located, you don't have to look for anything.
The staff is friendly, welcoming, serve quickly, always with a smile. Apparently, the wages are high here, so the staff works with full dedication.
The room was 100 meters, spacious, separate dressing room, 2 bathrooms, Jacuzzi, 3 balconies. the furniture is new, the bed and towels are snow-white, the cleaning is without complaints, the mini bar was replenished with a variety of drinks every day. The room had everything for personal use, washcloths, toothbrushes, toothpaste, manicure set, pads, condoms, etc.
The food is beyond praise. There have always been empty seats in the restaurant, now we are in Ali Bey, so here with plates you can go more than one circle around the restaurant in search of a place.
The beach is large, clean, sun beds with mattresses, umbrellas are large, the staff is friendly.
There are any cocktails in bars, imported alcohol, bartenders always try to surprise and please.
Children's animation. It's a fairy tale!!! Children's evenings with trampolines and sweets are fantastic. Clowns, shows, gymnasts, dancers. There are always themed parties. A retro party with incredible cocktails and a group of dancers, with retro cars and fireworks at the end, well, just a brain explosion! By the way, there were fireworks several times a week. Themed parties every day.
Live music in the bar every evening! And on Saturdays, there is live music in the main restaurant, ladies in white, and each woman was presented with a red rose at the entrance to the restaurant!
Foam discos of incredible design!
That's all at the highest level! The hotel has worked out every dollar of the 12.5 thousand dollars spent on a ticket.
I probably haven't even written enough, I want to remember about this wonderful hotel every day. Now only in Gural, something even Gloria Serenity has moved to a place lower in my list of preferences.
Bravo to the staff, bravo to the administration and the owners of the hotel! It was a great vacation!

For short, crayfish, crabs, shrimps every evening, daily replenishment of tampons, pads and condoms, with the rest I think it's clear, chips and nuts for beer, olives for tequila, eight varieties of bottled and canned (Guinness) beer, three varieties of single malt whiskey. The water park is a small town in the hotel! On May 25th it was cheap 4K for 12 nights, I recommend it!

The place is good, but it's expensive, although if you compare a trip to a hotel with the Germans in September Tui Club Belle, you immediately reconsider the trip to Gural.
Advantages:
- delicious food and variety;
- there is no pandemonium when you pick up food, although we usually went after 19 and most of the people had already left;
- high-quality sun beds on the beach, good access to the sea;
- warm heated pools even in June, which can not please, the children splashed with pleasure;
- delicious cocktails and a good level of strong drinks;
- availability of 30 tennis courts on the ground;
- excellent water park and slides;
- awesome children's area where you can leave your child at least for the whole day;
- there are a lot of hygiene accessories in the bathroom, I've never seen anything like this anywhere (brushes, lotions, pasta, rubber products, etc.);
- delicious desserts and pastries;
- bottled beer of good brands;
- of course, the green is a big green area, you won't be bored.
Disadvantages:
- the lawn tennis coaches are of a poor level, they don't know how to play themselves, but they are trying to teach something.;
- a special case, but not a pleasant one. A pipe burst in our room in the bathroom and we didn't sleep for half the night, we were called by a technician and so on;
- the animation in the evening is not particularly interesting.

I liked everything very much! For a hotel, the best feedback is when people want to come back to this hotel again! And we have already planned our next vacation in Gural! On the day of departure, and still the phrase is spinning in my head: Oh, Gural, you took my heart and soul :)
Daily show concerts (illusionists, magicians, dance shows: Todes, the Michael Jackson Show, Gymnasts and others) caused us special delight. The high level of fireworks at the Gala Concert is beyond praise!!! It takes your breath away!
The living conditions are wonderful (comfortable beds, good linen, excellent hygiene.Dove products, a welcome kit with toothbrushes, tweezers, nail files, washcloth, etc. small things).
I really liked the format of living in small houses, which are located throughout the hotel.
The territory is very well maintained, there are a lot of pools, an excellent water park for children and slides for adults! There is a heated swimming pool.
Food. There is a lot of it, varied, delicious and you can eat around the clock at any time.

This is our favorite hotel in Turkey.We've been there a few times and we'll come back if possible. We arrived at the hotel on August 17, settled in the most remote building, which you need to drive up by shuttle or on foot in 30 minutes from the main restaurant or from the sea. When asked to change the room, a hard refusal, the staff flaunt the fact that there is a large influx of guests. I had to make an additional payment for the alleged upgrade. The room area is much smaller than the declared one. Well, there is no 80 sq.m here! The hotel is old, synthetic curtains are the cheapest, shabby ones. There is one restaurant, although there are 2 more snack bars), but if you do not want to have a snack, but have a normal breakfast, lunch or dinner, then you will have to go to this dirty restaurant (see photo)
The restaurant is small, it works for 2 hours for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and 2.5 thousand guests should have time to eat during this time! The cooks don't have time, the queues for food are huge. There is little choice in the buffet, it is not tasty. The restaurant itself is dirty and stained. The waiters are slow and sluggish.
In a word, no DELUXE, the usual economy class. I do not recommend this terrible hotel

We are currently staying at the hotel. What I would like to note is that we were here in 2022. and after a great time, we decided to come back again. The hotel is one-third full, on the one hand this is a plus for us, since there are no crowds of people, on the other hand, the hotel began to lose quality. At the moment, the hotel has very weak staff, dishes are beaten in the restaurant every day, orders are forgotten or not answered at all, the tables are dirty, the feeling of the dining room is confused, no one else helps even open an umbrella on the beach, 1 waiter runs around, which is also quite difficult to catch. The tables are dirty, the dishes have not been cleaned since the night. They don't report anything in the rooms all the time. The saddest impression on us was made by the representative of Anex tour, who did not provide us with any useful information, instead he simply tried to sell excursions and only for some reason VIP for inadequate money, while not giving any booklet with a description and prices. What remains beautiful? Of course, this is the territory of the hotel, it is just perfect, clean sea, quick check-in at the reception, entertainment program. It is not clear where the hotel management is 🤷♀️

We spent 4 weeks at this hotel and I can say with absolute certainty that the hotel is good, high-quality, but with completely stupid disadvantages. I can't give a rating of 5, because first of all, what we go to Turkey for and pay a lot of money for is the sea. In this hotel, all the household garbage that appeared in the Kemer Sea this year, presumably from the new project “Cosmos moonlight” of the extreme hotel in this area, Nirvana Dolce Vita, sails to this hotel. Why does the Gural Hotel allow such a huge damage to its business and the comfort of its guests? How can we even admit that the sea in Kemer is simply polluted this year, it is unpleasant to enter it! It's not my first year in Kemer and there has always been a clear sea here. There were parties, but there are no animators active and cheerful with charisma in the hotel who would somehow "promote" these parties. All the guests in the hotel are on their own, the animators just walk around the hotel sometimes with such faces, so that God forbid no one would stick to them, talk to them, ask about something, and only their main task is to collect a review. If you have some complaints, they won't come to you anymore. No one has ever seen the animation chief to control the work of the guys. I can't say anything about the kids' club, the kids have grown up. Otherwise, it feels like the hotel is trying to provide service, but it saves a lot, for example, on fruits. The fruit was of very poor quality, there were no strawberries. They were given only a couple of times a month and then one plate for the whole hotel, people took it apart and didn't put it in anymore. The cherries were the whole period, but also not of the highest quality. Bananas are overripe, small old ones, peaches are green, etc. The pastry is tasteless unlike the rest of the food, which was at a high level in taste. I can't say about alcohol myself, but according to people's stories, it's the same, they save money. One of the significant drawbacks in the hotel is the lack of a full-fledged pier with a bar and sun beds. This makes the hotel look like a budget five, but why then and for what is such a price? I would like to wish the Gural hotel to sort out the Nirvana hotel with its farce in the form of a barge- restaurant- nightclub, which most likely pollutes the sea in Tekirova this year and the current brings everything to Gural, and in principle you can go to this hotel to relax.

Dear management, I ask you to put things in order in the restaurant, it is unacceptable for guests of a 5-star hotel to stand in line for fish, meat, and even more so when they do not get it.
