We stayed at this hotel in the second half of June 2024. The hotel is located in the village of Mahmutlar (it turns out that this is the most remote tourist place, so we traveled on the transfer for a long time and were the last). Externally, the hotel looks quite nondescript; one building with a swimming pool and a water slide. There is a bar under the canopy, and there is also a dining area. The room was quite spacious, there was a balcony with a view of the courtyard of the hotel and neighboring buildings. The furniture is passable in quality. There was no refrigerator. The air conditioner wasn't working in our room (it wasn't cooling at all). We left a request at the reception. The employee came right away, but did not solve the problem. It was suggested to change the number. Food. Meals are served in a small room. The choice of dishes is small, but we didn't go hungry. Beach. There were no problems getting to the beach. Upon check-in, we were given a route map. There were enough sun beds for everyone, they are free. There was an employee on the beach who opened the umbrella and laid out the mattresses every time. There is no bar on the beach. There are large slabs at the entrance to the sea, but there are areas that are cleared of them and you can safely enter. We took corals, for convenience. Animation. There was a foam party once a week, and they also played music in the evening. There are many shops near the hotel, there is a grocery and clothing market nearby, and there are plenty of cafes. It was possible to get to Alanya by public transport. The staff is pleasant and courteous. The atmosphere is family friendly. I recommend the hotel for tourists who are going to spend most of their time at the sea and enjoy it!

You need to understand that you are going to three stars!! But this hotel is worth every ruble spent! In general, everything is normal, the food is normal, there is a pool, they pour, there is entertainment, there is even a slide, although it works an hour a day, but even grandmothers ride) everything is close and comfortable. The sea from the pier is an organized approach. Wi-Fi is paid, we bought SIM cards and we don't need Wi-Fi. I can also write down the minuses, but without the minuses, this is for other money. Go ahead and get high!

A solid three, clean, without pathos. It is suitable for relaxing in the rhythm of "coming to spend the night". The food is simple, but edible. I would not recommend it with small children. The hotel is located on a busy avenue, there is practically no territory. We cleaned 3-4 times in 8 days, changed the bed linen and towels twice on request. The linen was all white, without spots, and did not cause any hostility. If you don't expect much from the hotel, there's nothing to complain about.
