An ordinary exchanger, but one of the few where the remaining dirhams are exchanged for dollars. The advantage is that it is impossible to export dirhams from Dubai (who did not know. As well as any historical value, including: sea water, sand, etc.), and in many exchangers Russians are refused to exchange dirhams for dollars, referring to the UAE law. Oh, how..!?It's very unpleasant, but it's a fact.
