If you are going to Samarkand, there is a huge Elkan complex on the road on the left! There is also a store there! Cozy cafe! The waiters are nice! Meal.. tandoor for 5+. Dumplings, fries and fresh salad for 3+. Ground shish kebab is also 5+!!!!
