It was a terrible place, they were doing a corporate party for the new year, the tables were empty, the service was terrible, and I still hadn't received the accounting documents. Everyone left hungry and angry, so the evening started much later than it was announced, we sat for 3 hours in silence, like at a funeral, and with empty tables. I don't recommend this place, we were very disappointed and in fact it was ruined not only the evening but also the whole year, as the staff still remember this terrible institution and the event itself.

To be honest, I haven't been for a year, probably, but we were a little lower in the kebab shop on Kirov and regretted it (the service was terrible, noisy, crowded, children unattended) that we didn't get just a couple hundred meters to a comfortable, quiet, cozy place with a good kitchen. Perhaps the only remark (if the menu in the insta is correct) would be to add an assortment of beer to the bar. And it would probably be better to have drinks and snacks in the upcoming summer heat.

Pugasov is no longer the same. Starting with the setting, ending with the menu. Shabby booths and gazebos, torn curtains, dirty and shabby tables, chairs with dirty upholstery. Complete disrespect to their customers with such an environment. Repairs are in order. It's about the summer playground. Once a favorite restaurant has turned into a third-rate eatery. There is not everything on the menu, but what we ordered was not very tasty. The prices are like in cool restaurants, the waiters are slow-thinking, do not know the composition of the dishes. They forgot the way here.

They brought the cheese to the hot dough, which was dry like a cheap flatbread, and the meat seemed to be more or less fatty. So she left hungry. The bathroom is not great either. The tall girl hit the ceiling. The toilet itself is ugly, as if it has fallen into the past, I do not recommend it.

The only thing that was good was the food. And the one that was delivered almost an hour late. The tables are empty, although the order of the evening was for 19.00. The chairs are dirty, with holes. The cords are taped to the floor. The very atmosphere is dark. It is clear that the repair was done a long time ago. As for the cuisine, it was delicious. I gave 2 stars for that alone.

Disgusting! We ordered a wake in the ballroom, hoping for the former reputation of the Pugasov restaurant. As a result, the main dishes were as salty as if they were on purpose. I looked into the kitchen, and it was completely unsanitary, it was good that no one was poisoned. I was the only one who was ashamed in front of the people who came to honor the memory, 70 people. Dashgyn did not even apologize, not to mention not taking money for the spoiled food. The prices don't match the service, and the service is like that of a roadside cafe.
