A store I'll never go to again! Four kebabs were ordered, along with a skewer of mushrooms, a flat bread and a bottle of coke. we only got four skewers of barbecue, did not get naan and mushrooms, we asked for a long time after waiting, they also did not serve food, then the clerk took the surveillance video to say that we ate five skewers, but the fact is that the mushroom they think in the surveillance is actually not finished eating grilled salmon, and finally no one to solve the matter, there is no remedy, too disappointing a restaurant, Worst meal ever in Almaty! so bad!!!!!!

The best barbecue in Almaty, every year when I visit the city, I have been here for 5 years, the best barbecue, the quality does not deteriorate, the prices are very reasonable, there are always a lot of people, not only I appreciated this place. To all the guests and residents of the city, I definitely recommend a simple Place, not fashionable, where people come to eat delicious food, drink beer and sit in the company of friends.

The best place in all of Almaty! I came 3 years ago on the advice of a friend, and now every time I come to Almaty, I always go here for lunch. Very cheap, but very tasty. So many types of barbecue, fresh herbs, delicious tea. For the first time I tried cow's stomach, khan kebab, lamb saddle. My favorite is lamb heart, dumpling soup and sliced vegetables. The service is fast, the building is atmospheric. I recommend it!

The kebabs were brought already removed from the skewers, cold, the feeling that they were heated, also on one dish (for 2 tables!). The waiter could not specify the number of chopsticks, he pointed to two less ((then he got better, after my clarifications ... A can of beer was placed in a mug, from which it was supposed to drink further ... in general, you can walk, but you can eat cleanly, 2-4 people each, the institution is not for events. The check miraculously did not fall into my hands, I realized it already at home.

Any order has to wait a very long time, and a barbecue is generally an eternity, 30 - 40 minutes. By the time the barbecue is brought, you'll have eaten the whole tortilla, and the salad, and you'll get drunk on beer. Then the barbecue already disappears the desire to eat. We go to Smile only because of the kebabs, I recommend all kinds of kebabs - except mutton, mutton is not tasty here. Two times in a row we got on not tasty mutton. And the rest of the kebabs are very tasty, especially the entrecote. According to salads, they are very small, they taste normal. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BEER, their beer is diluted, after drinking it, the head hurts a lot. The institution itself is an anthill. The place is very crowded and very noisy. The institution itself is made of metalwork. There is one shared bathroom, both men and women go there for whatever.
I recommend only kebabs, except mutton! There are a lot of people on weekends and holidays, security guards let customers in on a first-come, first-served basis. Table reservations from 10 people.
