We've bought a lot of things in Element 5, but this is the first time we've encountered such a situation. The situation of such a plan that occurred in Vitebsk with this store. We bought an Evolution vacuum cleaner a year and a half ago. First, the suction power dropped, then an extraneous sound appeared. It stopped turning on. Passed the protection +, the repair was refused, citing improper operation. We took it to another organization for repairs at our own expense, and during disassembly they said that dust got into the engine due to jamming of the damper plate. It cannot be repaired due to the lack of parts. We went back to the 5th element, where the girl said that this was not the reason for dust getting into the engine, but the reason was due to the late replacement of filters. When I started insisting that they hadn't even opened the lid to protect me, and if they had, they would have seen that it wasn't our fault. She said that yes, it could be because the service saw dust in the engine and did not look at it further. As a result, the money is wasted, the warranty repairs were refused, and there are no spare parts. Next, the consumer rights society will have to figure it out, because element 5 does not want to take the conclusion from an outside organization into account. What kind of vacuum cleaner is this that gets dust in its motor and stops working??? Is it a vacuum cleaner or what? Filters were replaced every three months, so how many times did they need to be changed? After each cleaning , when you write a review about a vacuum cleaner, the 5th element does not publish it on the website. The situation is very ugly....

I bought a built-in microwave oven, it didn't fit the size, I brought it back today, they refused to return and exchange it.The consultant did not warn that this is not a returnable product. I will avoid this mazagin. The goods were not even taken out of the box, the documents and the receipt are available

We ordered a mini oven on the pickup site. We checked in the store, everything turns on, it seems to be heating up. At home, they have already noticed that it works strangely, it warms up for half an hour and is barely warm. I returned to the store the next day, showed the receipt, explained. They accepted it calmly, after a few days they contacted me and offered to change it to another one. The store's impressions are only positive.
