After 2 weeks, they sent the pants back with a reply that I was wearing it like that, that everything was fine with the fabric. "Guys, you don't understand," I thought, and wrote an email. Culturally, without hitting, I told him that I never have such problems with all my clothes, and in these pants the fabric turns into a fringe even from a fly crawling on it. Like, let's be honest. I sincerely hoped for a human attitude and a peaceful settlement. But he was sent again. They offered to fight through the examination, familiarized with the cost. Okay, OK, you've won. I don't want to raise the stakes like that, take risks and waste my nerves and time for the sake of 70 rubles. Keep them for yourself, eat, don't mess around. But remember. I really appreciated you as a manufacturer. And it turns out that for you, a regular customer and reputation are cheaper than frankly lousy trousers for 69 rubles 99 kopecks. Well, okay. I wish prosperity to your competitors. And no one in the world should be such greedy bureaucrats. And these ragged pants, I can bring them back to the store and put them somewhere. I don't need them. Give them to the head of the department for quality control of finished products and claims work, T. Markevich. Let him take it for himself - good, high-quality ones. Practically new. And I bought others for myself. In the next store, literally. It would be better to do it right away.
