Very bad company, they sell tickets for non existing flights from Dubai to Moscow, and doesn't refund money, don't answer emails

One of the good airlines that fly to Samara. The main disadvantage of this airline is VERY high prices for air tickets!

The most terrible airline! A ticket was purchased for a flight in business class Kazan-Dubai, registration was completed in advance. But when we came to the counter at the airport, we were told that another plane had arrived and we were being transferred to economy! And they will compensate everything with a VOUCHER! Unreal nonsense! I transferred the case to a lawyer!
