We flew on May 7 on flight FZ918. In advance, through the tour operator, they announced the need to carry an electric wheelchair. A few days before the flight, the tour operator notified us that Fly Dubai had sent a questionnaire about the wheelchair, the tour operator filled out this questionnaire and sent it to the airline. Probably, the tour operator was negligent in filling out the questionnaire, but no one canceled the human factor-was it impossible to sort out and correct the questionnaire on the spot? The stroller has a passport, but there is not a word about the battery in it. But, any technically literate person, seeing the battery, will say-it's lead. For, helium cannot weigh 15 kg. In addition, the battery is dry-charged and not serviced. As a rule, when registering, the stroller is asked to fold, the battery is removed and, having marked with two tags (separately the stroller, separately the battery), they are taken into the luggage.
Everything went wrong with the airline Fly Dubai. We were kept in the registration area for two hours. (Despite the fact that we are with a person with limited mobility and a five-year-old child). I was struck by the attitude of a certain Natalia. (As they explained to us - a senior manager who flew on our flight to Dubai. Natalia came to the construction site and immediately began to make claims to us in raised tones. Like, I'm not flying with you....I'm scared....You have acid from the battery will spill. Not only did she "turn us on", she also attracted the attention of all the passengers checking in and standing in line. How can an Airline official behave like this???Passengers even made comments to her, but Natalia stood her ground-I will not let such a stroller on the plane. Not only did Natalia not technically understand the situation, she also behaved extremely aggressively and outrageously. If we had known this outcome in advance, we would have taken a lighter stroller weighing up to 10 kg.. Mechanical. Without battery. And so-we had to leave the battery in the car in the parking lot and go with an electric heavy (35 kg), poorly controlled by the attendant, because it is designed to control the joystick. But the most amazing thing was waiting for us on the way back. Flight FZ 917 on May 19. The first thing we were asked was-where is the battery? We explained the situation and the employees of the Fly Dubai Airline were extremely surprised. We were told that often, they even allow batteries to be taken to the salon!!! It turns out that one person ruined our vacation!!!!Thank you, Natalia!!!! And the Fly Dubai Airline should have carefully monitored the behavior of its employees.

On 18/12/22, a flight from Moscow to Dubai was scheduled to depart at 2.10.
First there is a delay of 2 hours.
Then they let us on the plane and we sat in it for three hours without leaving the airport.
Then we were taken off the flight, as the flight time of the crew ended.
At 13.00, the airport returned our luggage, and the airline offered to take off a day later at 2.00 am on another flight.
At 2.00 on 19/12/22, the airline delayed the plane for 2 hours and then reported that the pilot refused to take off.
One could say that these are bad weather conditions, but flights for these two days from Vnukovo depart regularly, flights from FlyDubai also depart regularly.
That is, the airline freezes people for two days in order not to return money for cancellation.
The worst airline and conditions for all the years of flight have not yet been met.
I definitely do not recommend it - loss of time (2 days), money and nerve cells (lack of sleep for 2 days is still an experience).
