We stayed at the hotel from 5.11.23 to 14.11.23. I was a little tense because of conflicting reviews, but everything turned out to be very good (I didn't see any bugs and cockroaches). The location for a city hotel is excellent. The metro and the 81 bus stop are a three-minute walk away. Near a good supermarket West Zone. There is a huge shopping center within a 20-minute walk. Mall Emirate. It's a long way to the beach, you can't walk, but the 81 bus comes pretty close to them. It takes about 20 minutes to drive. Beaches for every taste. We recently went to the night. There are few people there and you can swim even when it gets dark under the supervision of very vigilant rescuers. On the roof of the hotel there are adult and children's pools, Jacuzzi, sun loungers, music is playing. The staff provides towels and ensures cleanliness. Our room 106 was improved on the first floor (but in fact it is the second). The room is spacious and cozy. The air conditioner is at 21 degrees constantly, but you can turn it off if it's cold. The sleeping place is beyond praise: a comfortable mattress, a large blanket, elastic pillows, it's a pleasure to sleep. The bed was made every day, the garbage was taken out, two bottles of water were put in and stocks of tea, coffee, sugar, shampoos, gels, body cream, soap were replenished. Towels were changed as needed. There were no dressing gowns at check-in, but they were issued on demand. There is an electric kettle and a hairdryer. The window opened only from the bottom and looked out onto the courtyard. The only negative is that the windows in the corner rooms are small, but we did not bother because of this, because we were not going to sit in the hotel. There is a large smart TV, excellent free Wi-Fi, and a free safe. Breakfasts until 10:30 are monotonous, but you can always choose something. I liked yogurt, juices. Baking is not very good. The reception will help with any question, the staff is smiling, there are Russian speakers. There is also a good souvenir shop.

To begin with, this is our first trip. We arrived with the FanSan travel agency, arrived at the hotel ahead of check-in time, there were no rooms available, they said to wait 14 hours. The reception is somewhat Russian-speaking. Then we were offered to take new rooms on the 6th floor for a deposit. Which we agreed to by reading the reviews earlier. The luggage was delivered to the rooms, really new, clean, fresh. The air conditioner works perfectly, there are no comfortable smells. Rooms are cleaned daily change of towels, if necessary, bed linen. Replenishment of water, tea, coffee, sugar, cream. We needed an iron brought immediately, along with an ironing board, for the entire period of stay. Smoking is prohibited in the rooms. At first we walked in front of the entrance, then we realized that you can smoke on the pool, which is on the roof of the 6th floor, there are ashtrays at the sun beds, thank you for this separately. The pool is not large, but with a warm Jacuzzi. It helped us a lot, in hot weather and tired legs, after a day of walking. The food is average, you can always choose. The hotel is 200 meters from the metro, which is just super. One stop from the Emirates Mall , they sell alcohol for a note . There is a supermarket nearby, there is a general store 10 meters away, 24 hours. Cafes, restaurants, Barber shop .In general, we were very satisfied. Thank you very much.
