A pleasant place, cozy, both on the veranda and inside, very original atmosphere. Coming back from the mountains, going in and warming up is just fine. They make delicious coffee, the kebabs are delicious and I especially like the chebureks with jelly, the dough is thin, the filling is juicy, it's great. We've been to this place twice with a difference of two years - the level has not changed, which is even more pleasing. Many thanks to everyone who creates the atmosphere in this place)

I really liked the restaurant. Delicious food, normal portions. Stylish interior. Very attentive staff. People work in such a way that you leave tips with all your heart, and not according to custom. However, there is a disadvantage. My granddaughter lost her sunglasses somewhere in Cimbulac. According to all the photos, they assumed it was in a restaurant, but they couldn't get through and ask. The contact phone from the Internet is not responding deafly.

At first, the chairlift plunged into a milky mist, and then it turned sharply cold. When I went down to the intermediate station of Shimbulak, I was already completely frozen. To keep warm, I went to the Chalet restaurant. The interior is decorated in a classic Alpine style with an abundance of wood, stuffed deer and peacocks. I sat down at the window with a magnificent view of the mountains and ordered mulled wine with red wine - 3000 Tenge (600 rubles). It was cooked for a long time, but from the cold it seemed very tasty and fragrant. I decided to eat in Almaty, everything is too long and expensive here.

The restaurant is located on Cimbulac, in a lively place where there are hotels, service facilities, a ski school, rental offices, shops. In addition, the cable car station from Medeo is just a few steps away, taking the skaters up. The first thing that caught my eye was the lack of steps, which is important for someone wearing ski boots. The menu is for every taste, but I preferred Kazakh cuisine and ordered beshparmak, taking baursaks for tea. And I did not lose! I really liked it!

The advantages are the view on the summer veranda. But something went wrong with us. We chose this place to drink coffee and fresh, ordered pizza with the expectation that it would be brought quickly. There was no task to have lunch and we were in a hurry. As a result, we sat for more than an hour and a half, during which time we received only drinks. we see our waiter carrying a pizza, another waiter catches up with him and tries to take the dish away. After some discussion, the pizza is taken to another table. We are told that the dough has not yet come up. So we only drank drinks, did not receive any explanations or apologies, and also paid for the service. Perhaps the waiter didn't like that we had a small order, or perhaps that we are Russian tourists (most likely). I have not seen in any country in the world that the nationality of a tourist is some kind of priority for the service. I hope that the quality of service will somehow improve in this institution. Such beautiful mountains, a world-class resort and such poor service.

There were two, somewhat slow service, drinks were waiting for 10-15 minutes. The waiters cannot answer simple questions about the dishes, they go to clarify... Every time you go up on the lift to Cimbulac, be sure not to deny yourself the pleasure of eating in this Alpine-like institution. Delicious food, lots of drinks, including a variety of tinctures, shish kebab of the USSR is worth something! And what kinds! At the entrance, for me personally, a memorable element of the interior is the guttered huge candles. It is very unusual and cozy. A great place to keep warm after skiing in winter or just enjoy the comfort at any other time of the year. How many times have I been to Cimbulac - I always chose this Chalet. I definitely recommend it.

We always come to sit and have lunch when we go up to the Cimbulac. The restaurant is a kind. But inside, the interior, filled with details, arouses curiosity. The check is above average for obvious reasons, but the portions are large, so a lot of dishes for a good lunch may not be required. They cook delicious. If you are not a stickler for strict food systems, then try horse meat dishes.

We ski and live here for the 2nd year. A good hotel for adequate money. Of course, sometimes there are problems related to weather conditions. Those you can go down to Medeo only by lift and then it is better to plan the departure and arrival times correctly. The hotel staff helps their guests to solve these and other problems as much as possible. Thank them very much. We were a big company from Russia, Israel and the UK. Hooray, everything is fine.
