An incredibly atmospheric and historical place in the heart of the city on the way to Sulimaniye. There are several tables inside, the interior is authentic. The menu includes boza and fried chickpeas. Boza is more like an apple dessert with cinnamon, but it is made from semolina. Very tasty and unusual. The price is fixed, 60 rubles per cup. On the wall inside there is a glass from which Ataturk himself drank boza, Orhan Pamuk also came here to drink boza. In general, the place is a must-visit. The only negative is that the employees are full of indifference.

A place where it is always crowded, especially in the evening when the locals are treated to "BOSA" after dinner. A drink that has been drunk since the time of Sultan Suleiman 1. This establishment treats "Bosa" according to the original recipe of 1876, an Albanian emigrant. Ataturk, beloved and respected by Turks, came here, his personal glass is kept in plain sight behind glass. Alcohol is HARAM, but Bosa easily circumvents the ban, despite the alcohol content of 4 to 6%%. The taste of the delicate porridge is mashed, with a slight sourness similar to pomegranate. They attribute almost miraculous medicinal properties. It is necessary to try, it is good for digestion. The main thing is not to abuse and not "eat too much". The staff is always polite and friendly. We lived nearby for a week and observed a real cult of this treat.
