Good afternoon, I would like to leave my positive feedback about this place of sale. Amimebel bought a computer chair for a child under the promotion. Upon arrival home, when unpacking the product, there was a discrepancy with the photo provided on the company's website, namely, there was no telescopic plastic pad on the shock absorber. After calling the place of purchase of this product, they explained to me that these pads are not included in the package in new parishes, however, I was offered to drive up and completely free of charge, they gave me the necessary detail, thank you for your responsiveness and good attitude to the indicators!!!!
