Overall, a good hotel for the money. Large room, beautiful view of the canal from the window. Good location in Deira. All the markets are nearby, if you need to see the real life of Dubai, then it's here. Everything works in the room, there is everything you need. But the rooms are already tired and not at all like in the photo, there is a fungus in the bathroom and stains on the furniture, but the bed linen is clean and of high quality. There is a nightclub on the ground floor, music will be blaring on Friday and Saturday nights until 4 am. If you live high up, you can't hear it.

Three stars for Dubai is super! Clean, there are always drinks in the mini-bar, water in the heater, breakfast is normal (do not forget that everything is for Indians, a lot of spicy), the staff is polite and pleasant, there is a laundry and spa, a good and cheap room service. Definitely like it!!!

We rented an apartment. The 59th floor has fantastic views. But they didn't put any towels and the apartment was a bit dirty. But this did not spoil the impression.
