Went there on dec 2024 , there was snow outside, good view tbh , very good food, they don’t speak English so we just pointed what we wanted , liked the horse meat and the tea , staff was friendly, perfect atmosphere as a Kazakh vibe

One of the best Kazakh restaurants I've eaten in! You can feel the aesthetics and the long history of this place. The food is expensive, but it's worth the money. The staff is polite and understanding. Entertainment in the evening is varied and beautiful. There are dancers, tightrope walkers and acrobats. The architecture is steeped in history, both inside and out. It was like being in a fairy-tale palace. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant!

A large, cozy restaurant with excellent cuisine and a chic interior, the prices are quite reasonable. Everything is delicious, the service is super, the horse meat steak is generally beyond praise. I took all my guests here, where I lived in Almaty. We also got into the cultural program, it was very cool - with songs, dances and other numbers, even tightrope walkers were there.

Very tasty mantas! I'm a fan of their mantas, as homemade, the dough is thin. The place itself is very beautiful and atmospheric. The waiters are always on top. Letnik is a feeling as if you are at home, cozy, comfortable. I like everything, including the bathroom, which is also not unimportant.

I am disappointed in this institution. We held a corporate party in Alasha: 1. The feeling that you are back in 2000. 2. Snacks are smeared on plates. 3. The kebab was dry and hard, the meat was not of the best quality, stringy. 4. The waiters brazenly stole alcohol. 5. Indiscriminately, who drinks what went and poured rum into drinks without asking if it was necessary or not, why they did it is not clear so far. 6. The show program is 10 years behind. 7. The photographer and videographer were spinning all evening, blocking the speakers. 3 stars only for the design of the garden, it was beautiful.

The dishes are gorgeous, beshbarmak was a little upset by the presence of potatoes (I'm one of those who likes without it), but everyone liked mine. We got on the show program, how they sing! Live music is just fire, the singer is gorgeous. And the girls with the dances are great, so many outfits, so many dances! Very beautiful!
