You've tried pide, it's simple. After it, you'll realize that pide in other places is a replica. The pizza is also good (considering that this is Turkey, not Italy). Lahmajun is delicious, but he's an amateur himself - personally, I prefer pide. BE SURE to try the katmer (dessert with pistachio) - it's just divine! The prices are very low. Everything is fresh.
