There are many dishes from the chef that will not only surprise you, but will also be interested in your preferences, suggestions, and impressions! He tries sincerely. I would especially like to mention the reception, the staff understands Russian perfectly and speaks when they left, there was a lot of sincerity and warmth! The hotel is generous, they give gifts, especially to birthday parties. I was bombarded with gifts, especially the overseas house with a roof a la an uninhabited island, you come in - champagne on ice, exotic fruits and any order of dishes to choose from as a gift is a thrill! In the morning, they greet you with a smile and a glass of champagne - it's especially nice to start a new day with a positive attitude! The territory is well maintained, large. The pools are clean. My son and his company enjoyed going to the slides in the water park. There was a place to have a snack between main meals (snack bar, gelisme, hamburger restaurant). We went to an Italian a la carte restaurant once in the evening. Very tasty!!! Cons (but not critical for us): little activity. Nothing on the beach, by the pool)))) We had fun on our own: we played volleyball on the beach, the children played football, walked, played cards. Karina wrote down all our wishes and complaints. The hotel had a main restaurant and four a la carte restaurants. The food was delicious, the choice of dishes was great. The staff was polite and friendly. There were several bars on site: a detox bar with delicious and healthy cocktails, a snack bar (although I didn't try anything there, because everything was so delicious and varied that it was impossible to try everything), and fresh fruit waffles and ice cream were baked outside (there was even a man on the beach, who offered ice cream). There were also three bars with drinks and a bar with natural coffee (Turkish, espresso, Americano, and so on). Gozleme was baked on the beach with different fillings, and they were very tasty. The guests swam in the sea and pool, although the water was cool in April (there were two pools and a slide). There was a good playground for small children. I visited the swimming pool, sauna, steam room and hammam, and I liked everything. For a fee, Fatima gave me a massage course. I am very grateful to her, as the massage was done well, and she fixed my problems. I was satisfied with the result. The room's bar was replenished daily with drinks. The bed, towels and bathrobes were changed regularly. Wet cleaning was carried out regularly. There was always plenty of soap, gel, shampoo and balm in the bathroom. There are a lot of desserts, I'm calm about them, I can only say about Turkish ones with honey and nuts, I just couldn't resist. The juices are all from the bags, the fruits are without frills, according to the time that was apparently. Only the child swam in the pool several times, we were only at the sea. There were always plenty of sun beds on the beach. Ice cream until 23:00. The cocktails in the bars are decent (not a strong specialist in this), we tried it only to our taste. No one has been poisoned by anything all the time. The staff is friendly everywhere, I've never heard any rudeness. Ala kart restaurants without registration, if there are places, please at least every day. Cleaning was carried out daily, but, as I understood, it is better to try to leave in the morning and put up a sign with the need for cleaning, since one day they came out later and the room was not cleaned at all during the day. Daytime and evening animation, children's and adult animation is different every day, and the program is rich. It's fun and interesting for everyone. I would like to mention the party setting separately: if Cappadocia, then they put on huge balloons, if Barbie, then everything is styled in pink. It is clear that they are preparing and trying. Children's playground until night. There's aquagrim, and creativity, and games with children, and competitions. In the evening there is a disco, magic tricks, shows and a lot of other entertainment. I really liked that there is water at every step. They also bring enough to the room every day. It is important and very convenient that cold drinking water is always at hand in a large area. The pools are clean, a good water park, a sandy beach, sloping, entrance to the sea, bottom pebbles and sand. There is a good gym. We didn't go to the indoor pool and spa, but outwardly everything looks good. There are a lot of sun loungers on the beach and by the pools. If only people had learned not to occupy them with towels in the early morning, it would be great. Hotel recommendation: remove all towels from the deck chairs if they are empty for more than 30 minutes. Because we arrive at 9 a.m., we leave at 12 p.m., and the entire first line of deck chairs was empty, with these towels. Disrespect for the people around, no other way. That's what I didn't like: Upon check-in, the room was poorly cleaned, cleaning was called, everything was washed normally. The furniture has already lived a long life, it shows. The shower door is swollen with moisture. It is noticeable that the hotel needs renovation. And it's time to change the blue deck chairs, the green ones are in much better condition. The safe wasn't working in the room, and it hadn't been fixed, even though they'd asked for it twice. I didn't like that people were allowed into the restaurant at lunch in beach clothes. Ladies in thongs and transparent capes who walk past food are very bad. The only men worse than them are men in swimming trunks and white capes with a hood, which end exactly at the most intimate place. And all this is also past the food and at eye level when sitting at the table. The rule was written in text that you can't go to the beach, but if people don't understand, then you have to turn it right at the entrance, let them go get dressed. Everyone can definitely wear shorts. It would be great to add a pool for children 4-10 years old. Some kind of roller coaster for them. BOTTOM LINE: We haven't even left the hotel in 8 days. This is a real tropical park with palm trees, flowering shrubs and pristine pools. Direct access to a wide and clean sandy beach strip is a huge plus. Sun beds and umbrellas are always in abundance, towels are provided without problems. Number: We stayed in a Deluxe room with a garden view. It is spacious, very clean, daily cleaning is top notch. Comfortable bed, good air conditioning, modern TV and all necessary furniture. Wi-Fi was stable throughout the territory. Food: The restaurant was pleased with the variety. The buffet breakfasts and dinners were excellent: always fresh fruits, several types of meat and fish, excellent pastries, and themed days. Special thanks to the chef and the restaurant staff for the always smiling service. SPA and entertainment: We visited the SPA center, which is a separate universe of relaxation. The procedures are of high quality, the atmosphere is relaxing. There are excellent courses for golf lovers. The animation is unobtrusive, and the evening shows are interesting. As a result, they replenished it once in 9 days until I told them about it myself, and in recent days they haven't even replenished toilet paper. The bathroom and toilet have never been washed. That is, all the cleaning in the room is making the bed, mopping the floors and taking out the trash. The bed linen has never been changed either. I had a sea view, but be careful with the choice of such rooms. If you choose a sea view, you will listen to music and animation every day from 11 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Every day, the noise and closing of the balcony door will not help you, it will be noisy enough. Especially when live music starts at 22:30 and this terrible drum music will not give you peace of mind. And the view from the balcony will be small to the sea, because the trees will block the view. And I didn't like the taste of the food, it was the same every day, there was a very poor choice of meat, and there was always the same fried fish of the same type, kebabs, fried chicken and cutlets, and a lot of salads. I won't say about alcohol- I don't drink it, but there's a lot of it here, and there's plenty of imported stuff. It is also worth mentioning that there is not a single store near the hotel, in order to go somewhere, you need to take a taxi or wait for a bus. Lots of cheeses and all kinds of cuts. For lunch, they always grilled something-it was also delicious. There is a variety of food for dinner, as well as red fish and salty fish of all kinds. In the snack bar you can have a snack from 11-00, where everything is on the menu.The grandchildren ordered spaghetti and pizza , drank ayran . We will inform you that you can always find food in this hotel 24/7. There are many refrigerators with water, a lot of ayran, which is very good to drink it in the heat.The animation started at 10-00 at the pool with aerobics and continued until lunch throughout the territory. There is another disadvantage - in the 24-hour restaurant 19-22 you can take sushi; do not be fooled by this - sushi is tasteless from the word at all. That's all... the rest is just great. You can bring bottled beer with you at the building's bar. The pool bar at 12-18 has a very large selection of ice cream. The beach is not Red, of course, but it's just great for swimming. Smooth in the morning, small waves in the afternoon, but pleasant. You can also swim until 21.00. When it gets dark, you don't really want to. Despite the remote location of the hotel from the infrastructure, at the exit of the barrier you can take a bus (cost $ 1) and get to the market in Kadria. There's a sooo large selection of everything. Do not exchange dollars for lira, and the exchange rate is unprofitable, and the cost of goods is more expensive. They take dollars everywhere. On the plus side, towels and bed linen are regularly changed. The food is normal. Since we went at the end of the season in October 2024, there was little variety at the end. There were a lot of fried and grilled dishes, but by the end of the season, the buffet was no longer so varied. You can eat at any time, but only what will be on the menu of the place where you came, i.e. if you suddenly want porridge at 9 p.m., you will not eat it anywhere)) In fact, you can only eat at one bar.
