I can definitely recommend it, the bed linen is ironed and starched, breakfast is included in the price (quite tasty), very nice staff, towels, hygiene supplies. I can definitely recommend it, with a price of 17,000, it's definitely the best deal!!! Of the cons, poor sound insulation, it just doesn't exist, I took a room without neighbors)

An adequate hotel, for your money. The mattresses are for children, I'm fine. I got room 205 on the second floor, if you've been to Soviet regional hotels, then you'll understand me. A table, a chair, a bed in the corner, a mini fridge, a mini wardrobe with a mirror and a suit rack, I did not check the TV, as well as the air conditioner. The room is very tired of the guests and requires cosmetics and renovation for several years. The shower and sink are working, as is the toilet. But the walls are so thin that you can hear everything your neighbor does))) The food is homemade, not rich in choice, but satisfying. I would never have moved in here myself, but the organizers of the conference chose her))) I don't recommend it

For me, the only drawback is a very small room. And outside the window of my room, the street lamp turned on and off. Blinking all night. The door is poorly fitted, the gap between the door and the jambs from below is about half a meter long. Breakfast starts at 8 a.m., which is a bit late for working people. The car came for me at 8.15 and I had to have breakfast and brush my teeth. I was surprised by the announcement that the administration is not responsible for the cars in the hotel parking lot. Otherwise, everything is fine.

Pros: very good location, responsible staff, clean and cozy room (I took an ordinary standard for 17,000 tenge per day), breakfast is included, they cook very tasty, varied and a lot. It is possible to take a kettle, an iron-you do not need to pay extra for this. You can have dinner, but there is an additional payment for dinner - 2000 tenge. Overall, I liked everything. If you need to come again, I will definitely stay there.

I do not recommend this hotel, old, dirty, shabby rooms, with a meager breakfast, room cleaning can be skipped, there is no phone in the room, for all questions you need to go to the reception desk two irons for the whole hotel, brunch from 8:00 to 9:30. You can find someone else's hair on warm blankets, the shower holders are broken in the shower, the rooms are cold, there is no sound insulation, the rooms are very small.

This is a terrible hotel! The rooms are so cold that it is not possible to sleep, you wake up from the cold. There is no phone in the room and for this reason you run to the reception for any question. Breakfast is one name. The staff is very rude. The rooms are not cleaned (1p in 3 days) the cleaner pours everything that she vacuums into the toilet so that all the dust remains on the seat.. You have to clean up after the cleaner. In short, it's trash!!! I would not wish such a hotel on the enemy.
